My parents moved in a couple weeks ago. I am so impressed with the staff. They are literally the nicest people. Chris and Ed have done everything to make this transition flawless. . My mom has dementia and the way they are caring for her is just amazing. My dad can be tough but he’s really enjoying it himself. It’s clean, safe and I feel very comfortable with their care at West Hills Assisted Living.

I recently moved my parents into the facility this summer. Couldn’t have had a nicer experience. The staff is amazing! I am sleeping better at night knowing my parents are in the best hands!

I have been to West Hills Assisted Living many times to visit residents there and every time I have felt so welcome by every employee. They are all so kind and helpful and show so much love for both the residents and their visitors. Going there to visit is a real treat!

My late mom lived there for about 7 yrs & while she wasn't crazy about the other residents( they weren't her "Type" i.e,people from Brooklyn & The NYC area.) She still had a nice life there. It's in a decent area that's within walking distance to Ralph's Market, restaurants & coffee shops & she would frequently walk to them. There were some staff that could use more training,but overall they're caring & look out for the residents. Emmie was my mom's favorite & was especially attentive to my mother's needs so overall I recommend this facility..

Be careful. Management is ineffective and condones anger problems tantrums and threats. I was threatened by a guy twice my size. He put his fist in my face and threatened to beat me up
Management condoned it and said he has anger problem. My complaint was basically unheard. This happened in the dining room and I have not been in the dining since but of course he. Eats there with no problem.
