West Hills Assisted Living is a wonderful place! I have a very good friend at West Hills and i am so impressed with the care he receives. The staff is amazing, especially Chris, who makes sure the residents get what they need, as well as providing really fun activities for the residents! He is an excellent leader, managing everything that comes his way, and always finds positive resolution! Mike is another outstanding representative of West Hills! He must put on 20 miles a shift, managing the med room and making sure every person is well taken care of! The whole staff is in sync with the best outcomes for all the residents. Last, but not least, the front desk personnel are so friendly and accommodating. They answer endless questions from residents and visitors and I always feel so welcome!

West Hills is a fantastic facility - run by people who genuinely care and are kind. It gives me great peace of mind to know my mom is well taken care of there and that she's doing things each day that keep her happy and engaged. She especially likes the movement classes and art/music therapy.
