I had a very disappointing experience with The Right Choice HVAC. They did a poor job communicating and never followed up on several issues I raised during the project. The salesperson, Allen, made promises about services and repairs that were never delivered. He basically lied to my face, saying “yes” to repairs just to secure the check. Once he realized I was using a loan for the project, he immediately dismissed my concerns and never followed through. I had to call The Right Choice multiple times just to get them to address some of the issues.
The job was completed only two months ago, and I’m already dealing with problems in the draining system—costing me $400 to fix. It’s clear they didn’t care about the quality of their work because they knew I wouldn’t see it once it was done. I was especially outraged that after installing a $20,000+ system, they didn’t even bother to clean the air conditioning grills.
They eventually returned to wash the grills and put foil paper to cover the old boots, which I accepted. But overall, their standards are low. It seems they’re mainly interested in pushing expensive equipment and getting customers to finance through their partner, Goodleap, rather than delivering quality work.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Steven for the installation of my new Google Nest Thermostat, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They are very reliable and very quick to respond to the service call, every time it has been on the same day if not the next day services that were performed. They are my go to HVAC company to use, and I recommend highly. In terms of pricing, I think they offer fair price, and you just won’t get anything much cheaper elsewhere anyway, so mind as well get it done with the provider who can come out quickly!

I called them to get a quote for replacing my ac system. They were very prompt in sending Neev over to look at my system and to give me a quote. He was a couple of hours earlier than was originally scheduled, but it was nice to get the appointment out of the way. Neev was very professional and was thorough in explaining the quote to me. And the system he was recommending was a well known brand. I decided to go with someone else because the price was higher than some of the other quotes I got and a little more than I wanted to spend, but their package was very comprehensive and I felt that they knew what they were doing.
