Edward was polite and very knowledgeable! He knew exactly what to do. I had been suffering with a noisy blower motor for years and couldn't get the original company to come back and fix it. Ed came on time and really listened. He fixed it and also educated me. I love this company! Most professional and organized service I've ever experienced. I would recommend them all day!!

I had a very disappointing experience with The Right Choice HVAC. They did a poor job communicating and never followed up on several issues I raised during the project. The salesperson, Allen, made promises about services and repairs that were never delivered. He basically lied to my face, saying “yes” to repairs just to secure the check. Once he realized I was using a loan for the project, he immediately dismissed my concerns and never followed through. I had to call The Right Choice multiple times just to get them to address some of the issues.
The job was completed only two months ago, and I’m already dealing with problems in the draining system—costing me $400 to fix. It’s clear they didn’t care about the quality of their work because they knew I wouldn’t see it once it was done. I was especially outraged that after installing a $20,000+ system, they didn’t even bother to clean the air conditioning grills.
They eventually returned to wash the grills and put foil paper to cover the old boots, which I accepted. But overall, their standards are low. It seems they’re mainly interested in pushing expensive equipment and getting customers to finance through their partner, Goodleap, rather than delivering quality work.

Victor's awesome! Super respectful and communicates great. I really appreciate him and all the Right Choice techs. Prices are extremely reasonable, never try to upsell for products we don't need. Never pushy and always follows through. The service and professionalism of everyone I've had the pleasure of working with has been great.

Great service from Reynaldo. I was 10 minutes late but he waited for me outside my house. He then quickly performed the work, identified a leak in my refrigerant line, performed a quick patch and scheduled the rest of the work for the following Monday. All in less than an hour. Very professional and took the time to explain the issue he found and show me pictures and video of the issue on the roof. Will definitely use Right Choice HVAC again.
