Southwest is the absolute best! I’ve used them for my residence and business for the last few years and will do so as long as they are around! They always get the job done on time and thoroughly. They communicate exactly what’s going on and their customer service is both professional and sincere. Patric is the technician who has helped me the most of the past few years and I’m always happy to see you when he shows up. He’s a really nice guy and knows his craft very well!

Gustavo was on time, personable and seems knowledgeable . He let us know what he was going to do and kept us informed as the job progressed. Very happy with the entire process from the time we called and was connected with a real person, got a timely appointment and all went as scheduled. I would certainly recommend this family business.

Super impressed with the rapid response by this company!! Gustavo, the rep who arrived, was prompt, friendly and VERY knowledgeable!! He quickly diagnosed the problem. The part I needed was located in Los Angeles, the owner had an employee pick up the part and deliver to my home. I did not have to wait until this afternoon to have the heater repaired.

I found Southwest Heating & Air on Yelp and recently started using them for repairs at some rental properties. Their technicians keep you updated on what they find which is great since the tenants are usually the ones meeting them face to face. They're very thorough and even sent me photos of the work they did since I wasn't able to meet them on site. They're knowledgeable and the price was reasonable for the work performed. I've used them for 2-3 jobs since I first found them on Yelp and would recommend them to other property managers as well as homeowners.

Have used these guys commercially and residentially and all I can say is, STUDS! Always quick service, extremely professional, and they are KNOWLEDGEABLE. Mostly dealt with Patrick and Gustavo and they know their stuff. Honest company, techs, great price and service. Excellent HVAC company!
