Southwest Heating and Air installed my HVAC when I moved into my place a few years ago. Everyone from the owner, office to the technicians have always been very accommodating and helpful. Gustavo installed my new unit and happened to be the service tech this weekend. He explained to me everything that he was going to do for the service so that I had a full understanding. Everyone is always very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend.

Stephane and Southwest are just excellent. Super friendly. Super patient. Did great job installing a mini split for us. Price competitive since I got other bids. And all permitted as it should be.

Southwest did an amazing job at installing a ductless mini split in my house. Stefan was very informative over the phone and the tech that came out was able to answer all my questions. Team that came out to install was professional and clean with all their work. Excited to work with Southwest on future projects as well as recommend them to family members.

Super impressed with the rapid response by this company!! Gustavo, the rep who arrived, was prompt, friendly and VERY knowledgeable!! He quickly diagnosed the problem. The part I needed was located in Los Angeles, the owner had an employee pick up the part and deliver to my home. I did not have to wait until this afternoon to have the heater repaired.

After a horrible experience with a competing air conditioner service company (never showed up, never returned calls) it was refreshing to have my faith restored in the setvice industry with Southwest Heating and Air. Patrick showed up ON TIME, and addressed my issue with a professionalism, patience and kindness. He obviously cared about doing a great job, and even helped with some additional work without adding to the bill. Couldn’t be happier with the bill either. Very reasonable. Southwest has a customer for life now. That’s how you do it! Take a note, competition!
