Sherif's Auto Care. Let me start off by saying they are open 7 days a week. I was able to get assisted on Sunday. My car was losing power. Apparently, I need to replace my 2nd cylinder which was misfiring and other things which will not bore you. At the end of the day I was told to come back and speak to the owner. A man of few words but took a look and worked till late in the evening to get my car ready by the next day and worked out deals with the Honda parts. He was kind, and fair and it was a fair price for the fast and friendly service. Thank you for working hard to get my car fixed so quickly and make sure I was ready to work. This man and his team are incredible and a recommendation from my son. I was also speaking to another customer in the lobby and she has been coming here forever and still drives long distances to bring her car here to get a tune up, smog or get something fixed. If you are in the surrounding areas of Pico, Whittier, or Montebello bring your car here. Thank you for allowing me to travel safe to work. Happy 2026!

I came in Late Sunday afternoon with a non typical battery problem with my Ford. Three other places couldn't deal with it. It was too complicated and required a lot of work to get the battery out plus a custom gel battery which other places had a problem getting. Plus they told me it was getting late, so wouldn't have time even if they could fix it.This was late Sunday afternoon around 5pm
I had a medical appointment on behalf of my wife who has cancer in La Jolla, which was a 120 miles away, and the appointment was in the morning. And I am in whittier with the problem.So I really needed the car to work.
The gentleman who runs the place took the project on even though it was Getting beyond his closing time and kindly fixed it for me. He could have told me it was too late and too complicated.But he didn't. Very generous and very kind of him especially on a Sunday afternoon. I am most grateful.
To him and his thoughtfulness. I highly recommend this facility.

I had the pleasure and opportunity to meet Sherif in person. Wonderful gentleman and has a great staff. I went to five different places to try to fix my error code for my radio, and none of the places were able to do so, however, one place referred to go to Sherif’s auto care. He fixed my problem immediately and at an affordable price.
I recommend anybody with car or electrical issues with their car to come to Sherif’s Auto Care

Sherif runs an honest mechanic shop! My elder mom took her car in for a diagnostic; Sherif found his findings and quoted her a doable price BUT suggested she check her warranty. What do you know, covered under warranty and her dealer pick up all the cost. Took about honest!

8/19/2025 STAY AWAY..... I brought my work truck in because I had a misfire, my engine light was on and I needed to pass a smog check. I take care of my truck and it runs great with the occasional minor issue so I was shocked when he called to tell me I needed a new engine and he wanted to replace it with a used engine for $4500.00. He spent a 1/2 hour on the phone selling me on all the reasons why I needed a new engine. I was on my way with a check for $2400.00t as a deposit on the job. Thank god something kept telling me something wasn't right. Instead I paid him $150.00 for the fake diagnostics and brought my truck home. The next day I had it repaired for $450.00. Turns out I only needed a couple sensors and a clean hose. Sherif is a rude man, a THEIF and he was treating his workers like crap. RED FLAGS !!!!!
