I had breakfast here with my family, and it was a great experience! The place is busy but well-organized and clean.
We enjoyed the guacamole and cheese croissant (with extra egg), potato balls, and cinnamon rolls—everything was fresh and delicious.
Service was fast and friendly.
A perfect spot for breakfast or a quick snack. Highly recommended!

We like to stop by at this crowded bakery when we are in the area and then take lots of to-go pastries with us in Sacramento. Now, We just ordered some online! 🤩 Wow! It is way better than to-go. From your freezer to your oven 😋 so fresh!

Porto's Bakery is absolutely amazing! Every visit here feels like a mini celebration with the vibrant atmosphere and the delicious Cuban-inspired flavors. The bakery section is incredible - be sure to try the cheese rolls and potato balls, which are always fresh and absolutely mouthwatering.
One of the standout dishes on the menu is the Ropa Vieja Plato. This Cuban classic is prepared to perfection, with tender, shredded pork simmered in a flavorful sauce with bell peppers and onions. It's served with black beans, white rice, and sweet plantains, making for a perfectly balanced and satisfying meal.
The staff is always friendly, the service is quick, and the food quality is consistently excellent. Porto's is truly a must-visit in LA for anyone looking for a taste of authentic Cuban flavors. Highly recommend!

Every time I’m in town I eat here for breakfast. The food and bakery items are always delicious and on point. The workers here you can tell work very hard and the service here is always great. No matter the time of day or when you go it’s always busy here but despite that I’m always able to get seating. Don’t skip out on the empanadas. I wish they offer slices for the cheese bread instead of the whole pie. Parking can be difficult to find especially if off street parking is booked up too.
