It's worth the wait, it's worth the price.
Coming in, parking might be a bit tough but there is street parking on all corners and near the dealership. There is a person to greet you, direct you to which line, and make sure the line isn't backed up which I appreciate.
The menu is pretty self explanatory. There are a few people taking orders. They'll walk with you down the line of sweets they've got, help you pick as well.
The food all tasted great. My steak sandwich was perfect, and I'd come back just for that.

I've had Porto's delivered before, but this was my first time going in. I decided to brave the lines, and it was so very worth it! The service was amazing (thank you Natalia!), and the food was exceptional! I just moved to the area, and I'll definitely be a regular at Porto's!

Porto’s Bakery on Magnolia Blvd is huge and very busy. They have a big menu with lots of sandwiches and pastries.
However, if you are vegan, the options are very limited. Also, even for everyone else, the food was just okay. The pastries were fine, but nothing really stood out to me.
We spent close to $70 for five people, which felt expensive for what we got. Because of that, the hype did not match the experience for us.
Overall, it’s not bad, but I personally don’t see why people line up for it.

One of the best bakeries I've ever been to. Great hot food along with pastries and other products in addition like the sandwiches! This is a must go to place. Gotta love a old school Cuban bakery made into a quality place with quality service. Made it well worth it to stop here on our trip in LA!

They got the service part down. The line is usually long but it moves fast. We got the goodies and sat outside along the side walk on their bistro tables. They get filled up fast. Eat good but slow control yourself, smile and smirk too. Im having a good time. Try a few dont be scared. Take your mom a pastry
