Great service!!! The employee who attended us was Nathalie M., she was amazing very sweet and kind. She made sure we were getting the best offers, to not waste more money then needed. The guaya and cheese strudel are my personal favorite! I recommend getting attended by Nathalie, 10/10 service from her, always happy to come back! Especially for the holidays although it was packed, the employees were working really fast to attend everyone and made sure everyone was out of there quickly!!

Porto’s never disappoints. I ordered Cheese Rolls, a Refugiado, Potato Balls, and the Tuna Melt—and everything was delicious. But the Potato Balls were on a whole different level: perfectly crispy on the outside with that warm, seasoned filling that makes them unforgettable.
I came in the day before Thanksgiving to pick up an order, and even though the place was extremely busy, the customer service was still impressive. They initially got my order wrong, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally, doing their best to make it right.
Overall, great food, great service, and an always-reliable experience—especially those Potato Balls. Highly recommended.

The line was super manageable, took about 10 minutes. I came in about 7:15 and got out by 7:28. Sophie S. was super helpful and had great customer service even with my last minute add ons, super patient. The pastries are super delicious and the cake is my brother's favorite!

Elegant and Spacious atmosphere. Active and usually crowded. Yet very attentive staff and quick. Food was delicious well seasoned not overcooked. Outdoor sitting. Lots of parking. I would return again.
