I go around to quite a few fast food places, restaurants, stores, ect, I love to review the quality of a place. From the minute I walked in I noticed a very clean restaurant and was greeted very politely. The man who was there unfortunately I wasn't able to get his name but he had a slight limp if that helps the owner know who I'm talking about , he was very professional and was quick to get my order. He made it very quickly and exactly how I asked with no issues whatsoever . Usually there would be too much garlic but nope no issue , perfect amount of cheese for me, clean cut like I asked and the right amount of mushrooms just how I like it. Thank you guys for an amazing lunch . I will definitely come back and will recommend u to anyone I come across.

terrible staff, there is nothing, the staff does not wear gloves, the pizza is not tasty! The vegetables are very tough! I don't recommend

Oh boy, what a mess.
Ordered 3 pizzas, one side of garlic knots. When the food arrives, the garlic knots are missing, but the driver has already left. When I call the restaurant, first I'm on hold for ages, then I'm told they can't correct the missing item because they use door dash drivers and it's too complicated to fix an order because of that. At least I am told I'll get a refund for that (hasn't posted yet, so I don't know), but when I finally do get to eat, the pizza is beyond cold, and just plain not good on top of them getting the toppings wrong. The thin crust pizza on our order - also not good.
It's sad, because I love Papa John's, but we won't be ordering from this location again.

At 1:00 P.M. I came with my family to your restaurant on Valley St. Whille I place the order, I asked politely to Mr. Alollinar, if I could have a different sauce on it because the red sauce upset our stomach. The clerk replied " No" He said that I needed to get the pizza the way it was on the coupon. I asked that I would pay extra for the sauce. He said " No" again and I said why not. He replied that he didn't wanted i too. We kept arguing back and forth, until I had to begging him for the sauce in front of other customers and my family It was a really bad experience and embarrassedment, plus your emplyees had very bad way of treating your customers in a very rude manner. Maybe he was frustrated because he was the only employee doing all the work at once. He made me wait 18 minutes after the argument so he could take my order. I will never visit your restaurant again. Thanks.
