Had always paid and bought dough alone for over 6 years from this location and never had a problem. For whatever reason, the manager don't like selling me dough anymore. I had paid $5 for just a small size dough each time . Don't know what happened all of a sudden after years. I won't be doing any business here anymore

The employee Diego was so rude! He gave me a burnt cinnamon pull and then refused used to give me money back. Then said he would make another one but it would also be burnt . He made another and it was burnt .

Papa Jon's pizza is good.
SERVICE in this branch is horrible!
On my birthday night, I placed a pickup order on the phone of $50 and got confirmation for my order via email and text.
15 minutes later, I got the second update that my order was ready for pickup.
Drove down to find out that my order was not even prepared because "the order didn't look real " according to the employee and was working.
NEVER GOT MY ORDER.

Ordered two thin crust pizzas for delivery on Valentine’s Day. An hour later I received two heart-shaped, burnt-to-a-crisp pizzas my kids couldn’t eat if their teeth were made of titanium. Fair. Bad pizza. It happens. So we called to ask they replace the pizzas that were at least HALF way up to Papa John’s standards. “No. Were busy. You just don’t want to eat them.” What a horrible experience on the phone. So I drove the pizzas back to the location to show them their product was garbage but the lack of concern for delivering a satisfactory service (in the form of something at least edible) was sickening. Enough to make Shaq call the General. No replacement pizzas. No consideration. No refund.
Bad food. Worse service. Papa John’s. (Thanks for your $ though suckers!!)

Went to this place after I got "your order is ready to pick up" message.
When I got here and said I'm here for pick up, a guy making pizza said wait 15 min.
I told him I got my order is ready message, and he yelled "I don't care about your message, my screen says 15min, so it's 15min"
No appology or explanation. just "i don't care" statement as soon as I told him about the app order.
Please visit other location/branch and value your time and money.
You are paying customer, not begger.
