General Owner/Manager Brian. Yesterday Diego refused to cancel my order. I called immediately since I ordered from the wrong state. He confirmed that the order wasn't started, said that it was "my problem", and said that the store never cancels or refunds orders. In less than 30 seconds he had already said all that with a bad attitude. I tried to reason with him but he hung up. I then called again and he proceeded to call himself the manager. I was furious but I explained to him that he'd be wasting his time if he started the order. Maybe he felt bad or something but he then admitted he wasn't the manager and that my order hadn't been started since I'm in a different state. He then said that he could cancel my order but that you - Brian - the manager/owner - would personally charge him for the pizza. He said call tomorrow and the manager will be there to help you. Now, I spoke with Julia today and she said you're never there and that she didn't approve of the policies Diego laid out. I want a full refund, especially since Diego confirmed that he never started my pizza since I was in a different state. The last digits of the order are # 4534410. I will be in contact with you. Please correct him. What despicable behavior. I know you wouldn't stand for that behavior. I went to your store for 6 years and never had an issue. I accidentally ordered from there since I'm in a different state right now. I will be back soon and hope Diego gives the better side of your store because no one's ever treated me with such hastiness and disrespect.

I go around to quite a few fast food places, restaurants, stores, ect, I love to review the quality of a place. From the minute I walked in I noticed a very clean restaurant and was greeted very politely. The man who was there unfortunately I wasn't able to get his name but he had a slight limp if that helps the owner know who I'm talking about , he was very professional and was quick to get my order. He made it very quickly and exactly how I asked with no issues whatsoever . Usually there would be too much garlic but nope no issue , perfect amount of cheese for me, clean cut like I asked and the right amount of mushrooms just how I like it. Thank you guys for an amazing lunch . I will definitely come back and will recommend u to anyone I come across.

Papa John’s was always our go to spot for really good pizza. This location ranked all that for me. The pizza all looked old, tasted old and the frusta were all very hard. I ordered online and none of the crusts came out the way I ordered; flavor options not met. When I called in the guy told me to bring them back in the store that they could review with a Pizza look like and if they agreed they looked old then they would make me new. I live 22 mins away. 45 mins round trip…without traffic. I don’t want to bring the pizzas back. I just won’t be going back and will have to just forget about the $81 I spent and then also gave a $7 tip…total $88p

I would give 0 stars if I could they were horrible... They refused to take my order because he tried calling my number and because of my voicemail thought it was a prank. What type of service is this? Who hired someone like this? He needs to be fired.

terrible staff, there is nothing, the staff does not wear gloves, the pizza is not tasty! The vegetables are very tough! I don't recommend
