One of the few locations left open. Outside looks a bit outdated. But hey, I’m here for the food. Ordered a bacon chicken ranch sandwich and a salad. Salad was solid, lots of ingredients, and the dressing was on point. Sandwich? Tasted good but skimped on the chicken. Too much bread. Didn’t look like the picture. Step it up, Panera!

Andrew is fantastic! He greeted us and helped accomodate my indecisiveness to order. I enjoyed a Baguette chicken cordon bleu melt with gorgonzola.
Great place to get a quick healthy bite.
Very clean establishment with excellent customer service!

This was my first and last visit at a Panera location. I ordered a smokehouse chicken sandwich and placed my order at the kiosk.
When I first entered I heard an unenthusiastic "welcome in" from a team member, but it was still nice to be acknowledged.
After I ordered, I asked a lady, that may have been a manager, where do I get my drink cup since I ordered at the kiosk. She pointed to the other side of the restaurant and said "down there" She gave me a look like I was some kind of idiot and made feel like one. I still didn't know where she was talking about until I was called to get my food.
The sandwich was extremely bland and the chicken, at first bite, was lukewarm. When I got to the middle, it was ice cold, like straight from the refrigerator cold. It was a Sunday around 1, so I thought it would be busy, but it was dead and now I see why. The restaurant was very nice and clean. I'll give them that.
If you want to increase sales and do good business, you have to make people feel welcomed, not make them feel like an unwelcome idiot. Guests don't go to places just for that place, they mostly go for the people that they build a connection with, people they enjoy seeing, people that make them feel welcomed and appreciated for coming there. That was definitely not the case at Panera

The manager walker Actually prepared and super wrapped this order tightly especially for me. Bagels not cut in half minimal toppings it was a replacement order after they messed up initially. I'm african American and can't help but feel it was kind of racially motivated due to the sarcasm in his voice and his demeanor. I even felt the way he handled my food was off but i didnt want to over think it . Disappointing a corporation like panera would allow this behavior. I called and asked for his name and the coworker was trying to cover for him act oblivious to who i was even talking about. I had literally eft 15 to 20 minutes prior to the calling. The other staff was cool outside of the girl who tried to avoid giving me corporates number. Pranks being played in people's food is never okay whether its racially motivated or not

For the price of the smoky buffalo chicken melt, I’d of expected atleast for the sandwhich to have a decent amount of chicken but it’s 85% bread 15% chicken and cheese. Would recommend other menu items, but location was nice.
