The staff here is wonderful and the food is great, but the management needs to update their kiosk system. I placed a 'Dine In' order, and the system accepted it without any warning that the dining room was closing in minutes. When my food was ready, it was packed in a to-go bag and I was told I had to leave immediately because it was 8:00 PM. It’s very disappointing to pay for a sit-down experience only to be kicked out. If you’re visiting near closing time, just head to the Chipotle nearby instead—they seem better prepared for evening customers."

This is my favorite location throughout La and the lower Valley. I like that they have plenty of booths, outside seating and parking. Quick and efficient, never over crowded, great food. Panera Bread is an underrated eatery. Love the sip club too. Its highly beneficial in between jobs and when I need to kill time waiting on California's lovely horrendous traffic to ease up 🫠

One of the few locations left open. Outside looks a bit outdated. But hey, I’m here for the food. Ordered a bacon chicken ranch sandwich and a salad. Salad was solid, lots of ingredients, and the dressing was on point. Sandwich? Tasted good but skimped on the chicken. Too much bread. Didn’t look like the picture. Step it up, Panera!

Andrew is fantastic! He greeted us and helped accomodate my indecisiveness to order. I enjoyed a Baguette chicken cordon bleu melt with gorgonzola.
Great place to get a quick healthy bite.
Very clean establishment with excellent customer service!

The manager walker Actually prepared and super wrapped this order tightly especially for me. Bagels not cut in half minimal toppings it was a replacement order after they messed up initially. I'm african American and can't help but feel it was kind of racially motivated due to the sarcasm in his voice and his demeanor. I even felt the way he handled my food was off but i didnt want to over think it . Disappointing a corporation like panera would allow this behavior. I called and asked for his name and the coworker was trying to cover for him act oblivious to who i was even talking about. I had literally eft 15 to 20 minutes prior to the calling. The other staff was cool outside of the girl who tried to avoid giving me corporates number. Pranks being played in people's food is never okay whether its racially motivated or not
