I stopped by this Panera bread to get my mom a salad. I found parking easily in the plaza this store is in. I ordered from the kiosk but you can also order with a worker as well. I got the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad. It took some time for them to make it. The inside of this place is outdated. The salad is okay but you don't get a lot and it comes with bread. The customer service here was fine.

My first time visiting any Panera Bread. I appreciated that there are kiosks to make your order. The food is a bit pricey but it tasted great. My biggest issue was how dirty the place was.
There was a ton of trash on the floor. Most tables were taken but the ones that weren't were dirty and not cleaned after people ate there. But honestly the worst of all was that the corner of the wall where I was initially sitting had a ton of webs and dead spiders/bugs all over it. It grossed me out and I had to move.
This is the most convenient Panera Bread for me to visit so I really hope it'll be cleaner next time. I'm not really a clean-freak but that was next-level yucky.
The food was really good and comforting so I'll definitely be back.

Please avoid coming to this Panera Bread. The past couple of times i’ve gone, the wait time has been terrible. I ordered online for “rapid-pick up” at 12:45. I ordered half a sandwich, a soup, and a drink and got a pick up time at 1:30. I arrived at 1:30 and still waited an additional 30 minutes for my order to be ready. I then was given a cookie for the long wait, which didn’t make me feel better since i already had to basically wait an hour and fifteen minutes for 3 items. Mine and many other people’s orders were late. Please hire more staff or give correct pick up times to your customers. I will not be coming here again.

I got a toasted steak and white cheddar sandwich and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwich consisted of bread mostly, barely any steak, almost no cheese or onions, and horseradish sauce. I mainly tasted bread and horseradish sauce due to the absence of most of the other ingredients. This was massively and embarrassingly overpriced for what was basically a roll with a sliver of meat in it. The broccoli cheddar soup was adequate. There are so many better places to get food in the area that give you much more for your money.

12/05/2022 The Cinnamon Crunch Latte looks very good, but the taste is average (not enough expresso.) The Green Goddess Cobb Salad w/ Chicken is very good.
11/01/2022 - Tried Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries Parfait at $5.99 again. This time, a manager made it for me. The portion is right and the taste is very good, but the salad is so so due to unfreshed leaves.
