My family and I just move my parents into Pacifica Senior living care In Northridge. The move-in was very easy and everybody was helpful. Both my parents have dementia and the care they are receiving has been very amazing. The staff is attentive and making sure my parent are safe.

A horrible, horrible facility. I don't even know how to review this place. I'll ask that you read the information the State of California provides about this facility and let it be your guide on this review. You can search for the State's website and the facility number is 197610025.
Reading the State's multiple reports, complaints, and inspections on this place will give you insight into why they changed their name and why they have restructured their business. I hope the red flags on this place persuade just one person to look elsewhere for care of your loved one.

Our 100 yr old mom has been living in memory care at Pacifica Senior Living since February 2020. We can't say enough about our outstanding experience with the facility and staff. She's been in the same shared room for 4 years and thriving there. They got her through the whole pandemic with the most excellent care. There does not seem to be any turnover in staff, so we have had tremendous continuity and skill in her care. The facility has been completely renovated since our arrival, and the cost will still beat ANY facility in the area. The admissions staff went above and beyond to get her admitted within only a week in order to meet an insurance deadline that would allow her to be fully covered for in-house medical visits in the facility beginning her first day of residence. After four years, they seamlessly started working with Hospice. She's been kept healthy and busy, and we still enjoy a weekly 2 mile walk with her in the beautiful residential neighborhood surrounding the facility. We HIGHLY recommend Pacifica and it's a huge blessing to have our mom there.

Two and a half years ago my mom moved into assisted living. Pacifica Senior Living Northridge was my first tour during my search for assisted living facilities. I'm so glad my mom is surrounded by residents and care givers at Pacifica Northridge who enrich her social and psychological wellbeing. My appreciation for the care givers continues.

We checked out several different places for my father, but we eventually decided to go with Pacifica. It seemed like the best option and it turned out to be true. The quality of care from everyone working at Pacifica was wonderful. The staff were all helpful to both my father and anyone who was visiting. They seemed to really know what they were doing and always were on top of everything going on. I always was able to know what was going on and I am really happy with my experience with Pacifica.
