I was assigned Orion by my home warranty company. I admit that I was leery because I haven't have a lot of luck with the vendors that they've sent out. They were the second company to come out to check my AC. The first one made up some crazy reason for failure. But Orion turned out to be great! Scheduling with the office was easy, and the tech Egor was very nice, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He diagnosed my problem correctly and I was able to get it fixed.

Explained what he found wrong and identified issues I should address. Very professional and customer oriented. I would highly recommend them.
