DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! We had a very dangerous situation where there was a carbon monoxide leak. We called SOCAL gas company TWICE where the worker had already checked and inspected our unit and they specifically said TWICE that the problem was to replace the burner. This company is a pure scam and only wants your money because when we inquired, we told them the exact problem and showed them the invoice that SOCAL Edison left and they continued to brush us off. Our insurance COVERS the burner (which is the only thing that needed to be replaced), yet the technician never replaced it and instead replaced things that were perfectly fine (and so happens to NOT be covered by the insurance). We found out that these checks aren’t going to the company, but to the technician who is working on your unit. So the technician we had, he purposefully removed and replaced things that didn’t need to be replaced and was “coincidentally” not covered, therefore having to pay 200$ OUT OF POCKET to the technician for parts that were COMPLETELY FINE. Mind you, this guy has NO CLUE what he is doing. These heaters can be dangerous, and the guy told us, and I quote, “I THINK you should be okay to use your heater”- when he literally showed us in front of our face that the carbon monoxide detector is still detecting carbon monoxide. Please refrain from even THINKING about trusting your heaters or acs with these people, they can honestly cost you your life. We are down 200$, time wasted, and we still can’t use our damn heater.

Excellent customer service. Asked what issues I was having before going up on the roof. Actually listened to my concerns and addressed each one. Explained what he found wrong and identified issues I should address. Very professional and customer oriented. I would highly recommend them. I was assigned Orion by my home warranty company. I admit that I was leery because I haven't have a lot of luck with the vendors that they've sent out. They were the second company to come out to check my AC. The first one made up some crazy reason for failure. But Orion turned out to be great! Scheduling with the office was easy, and the tech Egor was very nice, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He diagnosed my problem correctly and I was able to get it fixed.

Where do I begin? Orion HVAC’s service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Talk about a team that seems very cohesive and not only dealing with customer inquiries, but scheduling, and workmanship. They provided me with excellent service. They helped me decide on the best equipment for my needs, dealt with the insurance/warranty company, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. The team that they sent to my home for the installation was so professional. They made the necessary modifications, had superb attention to detail, and made me feel that my requests were important to address. The suggestions I made for them, since this is my home, and I know it better than most, we’re taken, with a sense of care and understanding. They were so thorough in making sure that everything was done right. Victor even checked my ductwork for proper airflow and patched up a few spots. I feel very comfortable and confident, knowing that my HVAC system was installed properly and with care.
UPDATE: additional work was required including replacing an outdated vent pipe on the roof with a new metal one with a wider diameter to allow better airflow for venting. They also replaced a defective pressure sensor part on the furnace. The entire team including Yury, Victor, Ruslan, Joon, and Alex made it easy to coordinate services and repairs. Alex in particular came up with a great solution to secure the now taller vent pipe on the roof to protect from wind and other potential weather pitfalls.
Orion HVAC gets a very high recommendation from me :)
