Explained what he found wrong and identified issues I should address. Very professional and customer oriented. I would highly recommend them. Very easy to work with Orion and Tim! Tim showed up right on time (after we asked for a technician less than 24 hours beforehand) and was able to get our AC back up and running within an hour! Will definitely use Orion HVAC again!
