I really wanted to Sue them because this is the second time!
What’s the point of choose veggie soup if I want meat in this. And this shows that they contaminate their food. How is there meat pieces in the veggie soup?
The first time they had put meat in our shrimp pasta like what the heck!!???

The service was great. I've eaten their food many times and love it, especially the lasagna.
This time, we again had great service. The young man was busy but still very attentive to us.
While the food was good, my four cheese pasta seemed very salty. This was strange since I always need salt on my food. I'm not sure if it was my taste buds being off that day or if it was the food.
I'm not a guy who sends things back, but I should have now that I think about it. I should have gotten something else and given them the opportunity to correct it
I still love Olive Garden and will be back.

A few coworkers and I decided to grab dinner at Olive Garden after a long day at work, hoping for a relaxing meal together. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. The service we received was disappointing, and we all agreed that we would never return to this location.
To begin with, the food was not up to the restaurant's usual standards; it tasted stale, and the breadsticks were hard as bricks, lacking the warm, fresh quality we expected. Our server, Michelle, seemed to have an attitude right from the start. When we were asked if we wanted cheese on our salads, we all enthusiastically said yes, but instead of taking the time to ask each of us how much we wanted, she rushed through the process, making it feel like an afterthought.
As we waited for our meals, the delays became frustrating. We spent a lengthy 20 to 30 minutes waiting for our drinks to be refilled, which only added to our growing irritation. Unsurprisingly, we felt that this kind of service did not warrant a generous tip, especially since we had been treated like an inconvenience rather than valued customers.
When we finally decided to leave, it felt as though the servers were watching us closely, their expressions suggesting we were being judged. To our shock, as we stepped outside, an individual who appeared to be a manager followed us and confronted us about our tip. Instead of acknowledging our dissatisfaction, they gave us attitude and questioned our decision. We were taken aback—Is this really how you treat your customers? Chasing them down over a bad tip is not what we expected from a reputable establishment like Olive Garden. This experience has certainly left a negative impression on us, and we will be seeking out other dining options in the future.

We had an amazing experience at Olive Garden in Valencia, and Kevin, our waiter, truly made our visit unforgettable! From the moment he greeted us, his friendly and professional demeanor stood out. Kevin was incredibly attentive, ensuring our drinks were always full and that we had everything we needed.
What really impressed us was how knowledgeable he was about the menu—he gave great recommendations and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. His timing was impeccable; he checked on us just enough without being overbearing, and his warm personality made us feel like valued guests.
It’s rare to find such exceptional service these days, and Kevin went above and beyond to make our meal special. We’ll definitely be asking for him on our next visit. Thank you, Kevin, for making our morning so enjoyable!

We had an amazing experience at Olive Garden thanks to our server, Gerardo! From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. He checked in on us often, kept our drinks full, and made our meal even more enjoyable with his great attitude. Excellent service like this makes all the difference--we'll definitely be back! Thank you, Gerardo! We came in close to closing, were definitely on the louder side, and he not only handled it like a pro but matched our energy! (Saturday 02/08/25)
