We’ve been coming here for years, mainly because of the service. Unfortunately, that experience has changed since Sara Rodriguez became the manager. A small but important detail was mishandled, and instead of being resolved reasonably, it was turned into an unnecessary issue.
We ordered six meals. Two of them were supposed to come with either soup or salad. I arrived a bit late and joined the group, and before any food or sides were served, my husband realized we had both ordered the same side. I politely asked the waitress to change one of the sides from salad to soup. I was told this was impossible, even though nothing had been served yet.
What makes this more frustrating is that no second salad was ever brought to the table, which means we were charged for a side that was never served at all. This is especially confusing since the salad is unlimited refill anyway, making the refusal to switch it to soup even more unreasonable.
This isn’t about a salad. We’ve been loyal customers for years, we always order generously, and often leave food behind. It’s about how situations like this are handled. Unfortunately, this experience showed how poor management can drive away long-time customers.

Mike and Pablo at Olive Garden were absolutely amazing! The service was outstanding friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our experience special. The Italian food was incredible, so flavorful and delicious, and the prices were fantastic for such quality. I’ve never had service this good at a restaurant before truly one of the best experiences ever felt like i was at a house 😂

Very nice and friendly staff, but the food quality compared to the branch in Massachusetts wasn’t good. Excellent service and moderate prices.

Usually I comment briefly and to the point. But about this restaurant I want to elaborate a little more. For those impatient to read to the end I want to say right away. RECOMMENDED. Sometimes I travel around the country. And whenever possible I make sure to find Olive Garden and most often take my favorite Chicken Alfredo with Shrimp and Salad there ( with a unique salad dressing) Today I stopped by Olive Garden at 6501 Fallbrook Ave, West Hills, CA 91307 I noticed a new dish on the menu. Calabrian Steak and Shrimp Bucatini The picture looks very appetizing. But it says the dish is spicy. I asked the waiter if I could order it but not spicy. She stepped aside to find out in the kitchen. And they made this mushroom sauce dish for me. Oh, my God. It's so delicious! Definitely one more dish is added to my preferred dishes. Thanks to the repeaters for their efforts, thanks to the waiters for their attentiveness to customers, thanks to the organizers of this chain of restaurants for the order in the restaurants and freshness of products. Recommended!

Came for the Never-Ending Pasta Bowl promo. The ad mentioned it was $13.99 but the price at this location is $17.99. If you want extra protein (chicken, meatballs, or sausage), it's an extra $5.49. I was a bit disappointed at the kinda bait-and-switch between the ad price vs. actual price but it's still a good deal nonetheless. Our server was very friendly and efficient. Always asked us if we needed anything. Parking can be a bit challenging due to the Walmart across the parking lot.
