Excellent shop. John and Dan are super responsive, and they communicate very well. Their prices are excellent -- despite providing the best service in town, they're very cost-effective. I fully trust them with my car.

My old Nissan versa started jerking out of nowhere. I could tell just from the first phone call that the mechanics at this shop were knowledgeable about the common issues that come up as this car ages. They were quick, professional, and attentive (made sure I had new windshield wipers since I was pickup up during a big rain storm). The price was fair for the work. I'll definitely bring it back to this shop for any future issues. Highly recommend

Always a great experience at North Hollywood Auto. They do a great job, always a comprehensive check of my vehicle and if there’s something that needs to be done right away they let me know. I never feel like I’m being pressured with unnecessary services and I trust them completely. They’re always busy, but if something comes up that needs attention right away, they will fit me in. I cannot recommend them enough!

Edit: just adding to the below -- went in for the followup appointment, arrived 2 hours late, Dan and John still managed to make sure I got out the same day. Work continues to be excellent, pricing is great, and the customer service is outstanding. Glad I ended up here.
An absolute gem in a sea of uncertainty. Dan is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgable -- and happy to explain the details and options in a very layman-friendly manner. Communication throughout was excellent, and I was able to pick up my car several days before I expected. I have an odd car too, so tracking down the parts was in itself no small feat. Will happily travel here from mid-city in the future for all auto work, since a trustworthy mechanic is worth their weight in gold. Highly recommended.

My go to shop in North Hollywood! Have to repeat what everyone has said here. Dan and his team are incredible. I always feel like I’m in good hands, they are knowledgeable and trustworthy. Some of the best communication I’ve ever had with an auto shop and updates the whole way through.
