I would NOT recommend NEXGEN for your AC & Heating needs. We bought a new HVAC system from NEXGEN just over 5 years ago. The sales/service at that time was excellent, The system cost just over $38k. We purchased a monthly “service agreement” last year after a $600+ bill. Today we were presented with a $10k + “service” estimate to “fix” a 5 year old system. I could go on about this nightmare experience but will summarize with - frustrated and feeling like we were taken advantage of. We have a competitor coming out tomorrow to give us another estimate. BTW - Service Tech today pointed out that the last technician (theirs) installed the wrong size filter, (see pictures) likely causing extensive damage to one of the heating units and duct system due to a two inch gap… Buyer Beware!

We recently had our entire HVAC system inspected by NexGen.
David and Ivan did the work and they were both great. It was honestly like having a couple of really knowledgeable friends come over and walk you through your entire heating and air setup.
Their inspection covered all the bases and they took the time to answer all my questions. We'll be moving forward with some of the work the recommended and will be keeping an eye on the other areas they noted for future maintenance.

Ryan, from NexGen did an excellent job answering all my questions regarding replacing my furnace, air conditioner, and ductwork. Ryan was very personable.
If I go with NexGen, I know the outcome will be first rate.

I'm appreciative of the technician who showed up today.
I have been trying to have the filters changed for more than six weeks. I've been promised return phone calls and received none. I spoke with a NexGen manager who promised to get to the bottom of the poor service. I never heard from him again. Due to the delay and poor service, I asked Tony for a reduction in charges. He said he would discuss it with his team and would let the technician know. I paid full price today.
NO ONE from NexGen reached out to help me. I initiated ALL the requests for assistance. I finally had to call a Costco rep to force help.
I'm sad we reached a negative pinnacle. I hope better for others.

Patrick checked everything thoroughly and even changed the filter for us. He was very professional, kind, and took the time to explain many helpful details about our gas heater. Excellent service!!
