David Faustino Rojas was the technician assigned to come and check out my AC system, and he was great. David was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was thorough in his inspection and explanation and answered all my questions. David also proposed different options on how to resolve the issue I had, and how to ensure I properly maintain my unit. The billing was also fast and convenient. Overall, a great experience with NexGen, and with David.

Are technician's name was Art and he was very thorough in is analysis of our HVAC system. Because our system is close to 20 years old there were several things beginning to fail. We decided to have him do some preventative repairs that extend the life of certain components a little longer.
He answered my questions well and explained was needed now and will be needed in the near future. We repaired two things and will consider more repairs in the near future. It was a good experience.
