Michael C at NEXGEN is a lifesaver! I ran into trouble patching a tire at a gas station in Gardena on Friday and was struggling with my self-kit. A guy from a nearby tire shop was helping too, but it was tricky, and the patch wouldn’t go in properly. Michael saw us and immediately jumped in to help.
He was incredibly skilled, patient, and persistent—even when the tire was losing air and the hole seemed too big, he carefully combined two patches to make it work. He clearly knows what he’s doing and gave me total confidence that my car would be safe to drive.
On top of that, he was friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful—a complete stranger, and yet he stayed to make sure I was all set before I drove off. His professionalism and positive attitude really stand out. Knowing he works in air conditioning repair, which can require power, physical strength, and hours of persistence, it’s clear that his skill and dedication carried over to helping me with my tire. He approached the problem with the same patience, focus, and commitment that he brings to his professional work, which made all the difference.

Tony R was exceptional! He has extensive experience and it showed!
He walked me through the problem, showing me the readings in his tools and then gave me options on the different approaches I could choose from. From simple repair, to replacement of the part, to a complete overhaul.
I was never pressured to go with a more expensive option. When I went with the most economical option, Tony gladly did the job.
Very happy with the experience and outcome. Highly recommend.

Today I had a gentleman named Lukas come out from Nexgen to fix a plumbing leak in my shower that I’ve had for months. He made recommendations, Give us a brand new Shower, nozzles, and fixed it with no problem. Very happy with his amazing kindness and customer service.

I had maintenance done for my water softening system. This was my first experience with NEXGEN after being switched from another company. I was initially concerned because verbal information differed from written information regarding my service appointment, but ultimately everything was verified for the appointment. I was completely pleased with the service I received. The technician, Alfred Rodarte, did a fabulous job. He was friendly, professional, and answered all of my many questions.
