NEW HVAC INSTALLATION NIGHTMARE. Installation was set for Friday. On Friday they were a NO SHOW. They rescheduled for Saturday. I lost a day of work and then I also lost half of my weekend. 😡 They installed it on Saturday but did not bring everything required. Therefore, we only had a partially working system. DAY 3 OF THE INSTALL: they returned to complete the work & left a mess with insulator foam left all over my house (pic included). AFTER ALL THIS THE NEW SYSTEM ONLY BLEW WARM AIR A WEEK LATER! 😭TWO WEEKS of inconvenience, multiple phone calls dealing with reoccurring issues, lots of lost time, & patience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Management, sales. service, and installation expertise is one of the lowest I have ever seen or experienced.
UPDATE: First cold days of the year & our furnace does not work either! This will be the 5th appointment needed to fix a new unit.

Nexgen came out to my moms house in Orange and exceeded my expectations! He was on time, clean, friendly, and identified our water leak easily. He wore shoe covers which we really appreciated. Their pricing was beyond reasonable. We are the type of people who prefer to deal with larger companys that have solid brands and staying power. We have used mom and pop shops in the past and its always a bummer when you call and theyre closed down.
I feel like we got exactly what we were shopping for. Thank you NexGen!

NexGen offers amazing customer service. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. They always answer your questions and explain what they plan to do and what they did. The communication by everyone , scheduling and service is excellent. You pay a little more but you get what you pay for.

I had purchased a brand new HVAC system two years ago from next GEN. My heater was no longer working and when I called this morning, they said the service fee was going to be waived because it was under warranty after they showed up they were telling me there was a warranty fee to have it repaired That’s not to be confused with a labor charge. I told them hold off on the job for today then they proceeded to charge me for the service fee which I originally was told was Waved due to my system is under warranty. I’ve had several issues with this company since having my complete HVAC system replaced. I would not recommend this company to anybody!

As promised technician Javier notified me of his expected time of arrival and was promptly on time. Performed the tune up of my system and explained everything in detail. Would recommend NexGen to anyone needing their heat/ac work done.
