The job was done first rate. Steven and Chris both handled everything quickly and most thoroughly. Both men went above and beyond putting our comfort and safety right at the top of the list, I think doing more than they had to. The ability of financing for 5 years interest free was a great bonus. To be honest I feel I might have been able to get the job done a bit cheaper. I don’t think I could have gotten the job done as good and conscientiously as I did, and I would have had to pay it completely or pay interest financing the job. Bottom line I am completely satisfied with NEXGEN and recommend them easily just by the experience I had with our new hvac install. Thank you all for the job well done!

Had my annual A/C tune-up done by this company, and I’m thoroughly impressed. Juan David Jimenez was punctual, thorough, and meticulous changed the filter, checked all components. He wore shoe covers and left everything spotless. Great communication from scheduling to follow-up. Peace of mind for the summer ahead!

Issac and his team were superb. Very polite and professional. They took into account my bedridden daughter resting immediately outside her bathroom, and quietly and efficiently removed her old low seat toilet and installed an ADA compliant high seat replacement bought at Home Depot. Accolades to NexGen for having such courteous, thoughtful and competent teams on their staff!!! These are the guys you want to hire!

NEW HVAC INSTALLATION NIGHTMARE. Installation was set for Friday. On Friday they were a NO SHOW. They rescheduled for Saturday. I lost a day of work and then I also lost half of my weekend. 😡 They installed it on Saturday but did not bring everything required. Therefore, we only had a partially working system. DAY 3 OF THE INSTALL: they returned to complete the work & left a mess with insulator foam left all over my house (pic included). AFTER ALL THIS THE NEW SYSTEM ONLY BLEW WARM AIR A WEEK LATER! 😭TWO WEEKS of inconvenience, multiple phone calls dealing with reoccurring issues, lots of lost time, & patience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Management, sales. service, and installation expertise is one of the lowest I have ever seen or experienced.
UPDATE: First cold days of the year & our furnace does not work either! This will be the 5th appointment needed to fix a new unit.

Nexgen came out to my moms house in Orange and exceeded my expectations! He was on time, clean, friendly, and identified our water leak easily. He wore shoe covers which we really appreciated. Their pricing was beyond reasonable. We are the type of people who prefer to deal with larger companys that have solid brands and staying power. We have used mom and pop shops in the past and its always a bummer when you call and theyre closed down.
I feel like we got exactly what we were shopping for. Thank you NexGen!
