Felipe came by to assess our HVAC system and gave us a lot of insight that our previous general house inspection had missed, which I'm super grateful for. He explained what issues there were and offered a variety of solutions moving forward; we opted for a cleaning and decided to do the more involved issues later but he was able to get started on the work immediately and cleaned our system meticulously! I appreciate how informative Felipe was every step of the way.

Felipe came by today to evaluate and perform maintenance on our HVAC system. He pointed out several issues that could be addressed and kindly provided multiple quotes for various ranges of repair and maintenance to perform. Felipe didn't pressure us into anything and helped us understand the ins and outs of our system. We chose to have a blower and easy access coil cleaning performed today, and Felipe performed the work with professionalism every step of the way. Thank you Felipe!

I had a recent service visit from NextGen HVAC and Plumbing, and overall, the experience was positive. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything is working perfectly now.
My only hesitation is the cost — while I understand quality service comes at a price, the repair did feel a bit on the expensive side compared to what I expected. That said, I appreciate the prompt and effective service, and I’d still consider using them again if needed as an option

This company is so amazing. They're so efficient. Their prices are reasonable, but most importantly they have trustworthy technicians. I have multiple small children and 4 dogs and their safety and communication was their top priority! Having said that our AC is keeping us cold throughout these heat waves!

Superior Fix did an incredible job on our deck! It was old and had quite a few rotten boards, but they replaced everything that needed fixing and brought it back to life. Now it looks brand new! The team was friendly, worked efficiently, and the quality is top-notch. We're so happy with the results - highly recommend!
