I ordered the meatloaf dinner with carrot raisin Basket. He ordered French Pot Roast and for dessert we had the Apple Crip Crumble with vanilla ice cream. Great comfort food and recommend this place. Enjoy!

My family and I chose Mimi‘s café for our New Year’s Eve dinner and to spend $140, it fell short. First the food, my wife ordered the burger it was okay, one of my daughters ordered the chicken and waffles and she really liked them, my other daughter ordered shrimp pasta and it was okay, I ordered a ribeye steak with El gratin potatoes and the steak was overcooked and needed seasoning even with the herb butter on top it still needed salt and pepper. The potatoes looked like they were from the day before, they looked grayish. The waitress was nice but she was about to get off her shift and she was forgetful and was rushing us because she wanted her tip before she left. The place only had four tables of people, you would have thought they would give great service to get a bigger tip, just saying.

Good service and nice atmosphere. I got the avocado toast and it had a very nice presentation and the poached eggs were delicious, but their turkey sausage wasn’t the best.

Please tell me why this was $17. And if im paying your outrageous prices, can you at least get my order right the first time. Definitely wont come back.

This was my first visit to a Mimi's Cafe. I had dinner here with my wife. It was not too busy when we arrived (around 6:30pm) with three groups ahead of us in the waiting area but we were all seated within 10 minutes.
I absolutely loved the decor and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly.
I chose the 3 course meal with a french onion soup, baked brie appetizer, jambalaya on long grain rice and bread pudding for dessert. My wife had the roasted half chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans.
The Jambalaya was the best I've had in a few years and the bread pudding was warm and so delicious, and the portion large enough that my wife and I were able to share it together which made it even more special.
The waitress was very attentive and helpful and brought us several refills for our drinks.
Our total for all of this was around $60.
I can't wait to come back again and try some of the other menu items. If you love delicious food and amazing service in a beautiful setting, this place is for you.
