Alan discovered a crack in my furnace’s heat exchanger, which could have been potentially lethal. Eric coordinated everything flawlessly and arranged a replacement HVAC unit.
Felipe, David, and Danny arrived early and did a fantastic job installing a brand-new rooftop HVAC unit at my home. Felipe also installed a new thermostat. Highly professional team from start to finish!

I had my annual heating maintenance appointment with JW Plumbing, Heating and Air on Jan. 30, 2026. My appointment was between 9 and 11 am. Nate Estrada, the technician who did the maintenance/inspection called about 8:40 to say he was in the area and would it be okay if he got to my home a little early. I said yes and he arrived soon thereafter. He was very professional and personable and he and another man did the inspection which took a little less than an hour. Because the unit was installed in October 2023, Nate said he didn't expect to find any problems but did ask if I had noticed anything, like funny noises or bad smells. I said no. He noticed that the battery level on my monitor was low and asked if I would like him to change the batteries which he did. I asked him how long he had been with JW and he said not quite a year but had been doing the same work in Texas for about 10. I enjoyed chatting with him for just a few minutes about why he had moved to California from Texas. I definitely would say he earned the 5 star service award.

Alex Griego was fantastic. He was so thorough and explained everything so well. He also fixed all of our issues. We would love to have Alex back for all of our maintenance visits and anything else we need in the future. Thank you Alex!

It is my first time using JW Heating and Air, to maintain our AC+heating system. Very pleased with the service and work done. Our technician is Joshua Gouveia, who is polite, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He identified an efficiency issue in our heating system, recommended a solution. After some thinking, we proceeded with the solution. Joshua was able to secure the needed parts and installed them in the same week. We appreciate his service very much. Will call for him again.

David was a really good technician. He spoke directly and candidly with me about my options, about the expected service life of my AC and heating equipment, and how each part wears over time. This kind of honesty is rare among service providers. It really helps me plan how I will do upgrades and future maintenance, and I really appreciate it.
