JW Heating and Air is great. I’m very impressed with their knowledge and their execution. Start to finish the whole team was on time, considerate, clean, and skilled. They gave the perfect tutorial of my ac unit (not too short and not too long) and making sure everything was clean. White glove treatment. It’s nice to know a company that takes pride in their work. I couldn’t recommend a company more.

Joshua Gouveia is beyond amazing! He was kind courteous he treated my 81-year-old mother with absolute respect. He was clean he was on time.I can’t say enough about his service and knowledge. He was a pleasure to talk to and I look forward to having his help again in the future!

JW installed my A/C unit in 2019 and provided ongoing regular maintenance. Customer service was great! The transition with Service Champions was not a positive experience for me. I took a chance and renewed my service contract thinking that after a year, things would have improved. Unfortunately, on the same day service was to take place, my appointment was cancelled. After some pushback from me, Elias showed up and saved the day. He was absolutely wonderful, took great care in performing the needed maintenance and was very kind and considerate.

I had a truly excellent experience with the team who worked on my AC unit. Dustin was the first technician to come out—he was friendly, efficient, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The next day, Shawn arrived and carefully removed the drywall to fully assess the problem and determine the parts required. I appreciated how thorough he was. Throughout the entire process, Dustin followed up and kept me informed, which gave me great peace of mind. Finally, Daniel and Aldo completed the installation, and their work was professional, clean, and efficient.
From start to finish, the entire team was knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly dedicated to getting the job done right. I’m grateful for such a smooth and stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

Daniel was very personable, explained well what he was going to do, and what the status of my system was. I appreciated his candor and information about options. I have been a bit concerned about the effects of the debris from the Jan 2025 fires. I especially appreciated his help explaining how my furnace system works best.
