I recently stopped by the IHOP in Encino and ordered the Spinach & Mushroom Omelette, which was very good. A nice perk is their current special: when you order an omelette, you also get unlimited pancakes — definitely a good value. I do think they need to expand their vegetarian options though, since right now there are only a couple of choices on the menu.
However, I was a little disappointed that the omelette doesn’t come with any bread or toast on the side, which was quite surprising.
The location itself is smaller than some other IHOPs I’ve been to, but the patio dining is pleasant and makes up for it. There’s also a free parking lot, which is really convenient. If you download the IHOP app, you can get a free breakfast item on your next visit, which is a nice bonus.
Service was excellent — my waitress, Thalia was extremely fast, attentive, and friendly, which made the experience even better. Overall, a good spot for a hearty breakfast in Encino, especially if you enjoy omelettes and pancakes.

Came here after I lost fantasy football and my server Letty was amazing. She welcomed me in with open arms after I told her I was going to be here for a while. The service was great, she was so nice and helpful and honestly it was a great vibe! If you ever need to sit somewhere to eat pancakes all day or just come for breakfast, Ihop on Ventura is the place to go!

Jose our server gave us great service. He welcomed our family with a smile. Came with my daughter and husband after church service; we ordered the breakfast sampler. Food came out fast and hot. We truly enjoyed our service here! 10/10!

Stopped for a late dinner, open 24hrs. Service was awesome, Food terrific & served fairly fast. The dining area surprisingly clean! Recommended!
