On this day I experienced something unexpected.I ordered a Fajita Omelet from the menu. It says it comes with tomato and onion. We got served with plates on our table.
I asked the waitress it says it comes with tomato and onions. She comes back with a small disposable container with both sauce and a sour cream one. Wife at her favorite place to dine in. I said to my self. Lol this is a joke!
And the omelet it looked and tasted like it was cook in a microwave.
I notice the value of the food has gone down. It was so unexpected lol. I could hardly believe that location where the place is located at a nice area. Located by surrounded all kind of nice clean stores, furniture
store,competitive restaurants and movie theater.
I give it a one star rating.

My husband and I usually like coming here. But today the service and food were horrible. The staff is unfriendly almost rude. Manager is not a good leader. Kitchen seems very disorganized. Our food was cold. This was after we watched several tables that came in. And ordered after we did Get there food and we still waited and waited and waited. No one ever came by to check on us. I waved at the manager and she saw me never came to ask us anything. We live close by and usually like coming here. But never again

I have never been to a worse iHop. I’m not expecting much when going to iHop at 11pm, but wow.
My partner and I went here after our movie around 11:30pm and the service was absolutely terrible. There were only 3 tables seated in the entire restaurant, so it was not busy at all. We ordered 2 hot chocolates, 1 short stack and a plant based combo (which comes with 2 plant-based patties, scrambled egg whites, fruit and some toast).
My partner got his 3 pancakes on the small side-dish plate. We had to ask our server for a bigger plate or else there would have been syrup all over the table. My order came out wrong and was missing a whole item. The eggs were completely scrambled eggs, not egg whites, and my fruit just never came. Thankfully, I didn’t mind eating the egg yellows, so I ate them.
We waited about 20 minutes after we finished our food for our server to finally come and bring our check to the table. I pointed out that my order was wrong and had a missing item and asked if there was a way to discount it, since I did not want the fruit and ate the eggs. He ended up giving us a 20% discount… $3 off the entire order. Not even a deduction of one of our hot chocolates… are we kidding? I was so frustrated that I didn’t even get to use my reward points for the short stack pancakes. I just wanted to be out of the restaurant already.
Needless to say I will NEVER be going to this iHop again. Absolutely terrible service and couldn’t even get my very simple order right during a slower time. I wish I could get my money and time back.

UPDATE 2/18: The situation was escalated and the manager, Iris, was very very sweet. She apologized for the inconvenience and issues that occurred during our visit. She also offered to make things right and have us come back. I appreciated that very much. Thank you, Iris.

UPDATE 2/25: I reached out to Iris, as she instructed to me over the phone. We were planning to come in on Saturday afternoon, but I did not receive a reply back confirming it was okay, so we ended up not going at all. Still have yet to receive compensation.

Yes! Oh come on! 5 stars here all the way. The service is exceptional, and the food is classic American.
Today's service was provided by the letter K, the #12, Maria and Mercedes.
Happy Hour Everyday from 3-9pm. You can't beat a good deal.
I'll be back.

About 3 weeks ago we decided to pay a visit and have diner at the Woodland Hills IHOP. It's been a long time since we last visited the restaurant.
To our unpleasant surprise, the sweedish crepes are no longer on the menu.
Ok, I'll order pancakes. I love pancakes. BUT, these came ice cold, not defrosted in the middle, with frozen butter on top. I could not believe it. I called the lost in space waitress who did not know what to do. Really, she was lost. Like someone who does not understand the words coming out of your mouth. She did speak English tough.I told her to heat them up! She eventually said " ok" . The pancakes came back warm but they started to break apart like old bread. They turned into crumbles as soon as I attempted to dig in.
My husband ordered the chicken strips and shrimps. Had no taste whatsoever.
I have to mention that at 6:00 pm there were 2 tables occupied, us included.
I wonder what the managers and CEO are doing? Is anyone aware of how this food establishment has gone from great to worse?
