***EXPERIENCE 2*** (Positive)
On my recent visit to IHOP I noticed they did a menu refresh. I personally like that they refresh the menu occasionally. A new menu with a different layout is always nice. This time I ordered the Cali Turkey Melt with Onion Rings. The bread was grilled perfectly, the cheese was nicely melted, and the turkey was tender. All the other ingredients contributed to this being one tasty sandwich. I must say, I've been coming to this location for years, and they always seem to have someone that can cook.
Our server was very friendly, and did her best to accommodate the needs of our table. This is a location I will always return.

I really love the architecture of this location. With its nostalgic look and feel it brings back images of the International House of Pancakes from years gone by.
Our server was very efficient and did a great job. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Stacker with onion rings. The roll was soft, the meat was nicely cooked, and the cheese was melty. The onion rings were extremely crunchy, and they were made with actual sliced rings of onion.
The food was great, and so was the service.

A picture is worth a thousand words. LOOK at my daughters pancakes. Cinn a stack (should be sin a stack) not only Cinnabon icing but whip creme and chocolate drizzle as well. I had the split decision because it all looks so good I couldn't make up my mind. If you're looking for a great spot to have breakfast for dinner IHOP on Devonshire is the ticket.

It's my birthday and I had poincoins (rewards) so I decided to redeem them for a stack of pancakes. The person that took my order was incredibly sweet and helpful, and even gave me icecream along with my pancakes :) Will definitely be coming back!

The place is not wheelchair accessible, the wait is fine, only the food is not good, I ordered an omelet and they brought it to me full of grease and very burnt, I asked to have the pancakes changed for a waffle and pay the difference, they said no, I have eaten in other restaurants of the same name and they have made the change, for my mother I ordered the waffle with pieces of chicken, which was very salty, the waitress we got seemed angry and very inattentive, and there is never parking.

A great place to go! It wasn’t too busy and the staff were very helpful. Loved that the restrooms were clean and we got our food quickly. I would totally come here again!
