today march 3 2026 at 12:35 at this exact location of where I am leaving this notice for any future considering customer or current customer to take note and not even go because you will experience theft by employee Carina J and a dismissive male manger working that day (We gave 100 dollars cash take a good look at the receipt we payed 100 cash and the rest should be on the card Carina J put that we gave her 80 dollars cash when it was not true towards the bottom of the receipt it says 79.04 and that she gave us 96 cents back when that is not true why would we want change if we are giving card for the rest which should have been 11.83 but if you look she charged 32.79 card (that is one of the most distasteful employee I have ever encountered) on top of that Carina did not even allow us to take our leftovers saying it was IHOP policy and not allowed anymore (as we walked out we saw and overheard her telling other employees we did not leave a donation all employees looked at us laughing and shaking their head (BEWARE be cause no matter how much IHOP responds to the obvious concerns their reply saying to contact them is a LIE as they do not do anything about it and have employees like this who steal and lie)

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed
I came here with my wife well before closing time, expecting to enjoy a nice dinner together. Instead of being greeted or seated, we were told right away that they were closing — even though the doors were open and the posted hours clearly said otherwise. Completely unprofessional and rude. We had no choice but to leave hungry and disappointed. If this is how they treat paying customers before closing, we won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values good service.

***EXPERIENCE 2*** (Positive)
On my recent visit to IHOP I noticed they did a menu refresh. I personally like that they refresh the menu occasionally. A new menu with a different layout is always nice. This time I ordered the Cali Turkey Melt with Onion Rings. The bread was grilled perfectly, the cheese was nicely melted, and the turkey was tender. All the other ingredients contributed to this being one tasty sandwich. I must say, I've been coming to this location for years, and they always seem to have someone that can cook.
Our server was very friendly, and did her best to accommodate the needs of our table. This is a location I will always return.

I really love the architecture of this location. With its nostalgic look and feel it brings back images of the International House of Pancakes from years gone by.
Our server was very efficient and did a great job. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Stacker with onion rings. The roll was soft, the meat was nicely cooked, and the cheese was melty. The onion rings were extremely crunchy, and they were made with actual sliced rings of onion.
The food was great, and so was the service.

Good tasty food. My coffee mug was never empty. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Didn't feel neglected but neither overwhelmed by waitress.

A great place to go! It wasn’t too busy and the staff were very helpful. Loved that the restrooms were clean and we got our food quickly. I would totally come here again!
