I was hurt by one of the shelving units 2 weeks ago.One the shelving units was missing one of the bumpers and had scraped and ended up bruising my leg.When everything happened that day,everyone was very nice about it.I was told that they would call me and I never received a call.You would think that within those 2 weeks of the accident,they would call to see if I’m okay.Crickets.

Very disappointed! Called in ahead of time asked for a specific item, Noemi picked up the line and confirmed that the item was available. I drove all the way to Granada Hills just to be told in person that it was NOT available. The kind girl who helped me get a hold of Noemi asked to check back in on Wednesday or next Friday. Such a waste of time. Better communication would avoid problems like this.

I just want to share the excellent and truly grateful experience I had today at the Five Below store in Granada Hills.
Yesterday, while I was about to get gas, I realized I didn’t have my wallet with me. I searched everywhere—at home and at work—but couldn’t find it. Later, I remembered that I had visited the Granada Hills Five Below on Wednesday evening.
This morning, I called the store and asked if they could check to see if someone had turned in a Hello Kitty wallet. The person who answered, Stephanie, was incredibly kind and helpful. She asked me to hold while she checked, and shortly after, she confirmed they had my wallet safely stored.
I can’t express enough how much I appreciate that my wallet was kept safe. Inside were my work credit cards, personal debit cards, Universal Member Pass, and some cash—and everything was still there.
Five Below has always been one of my favorite stores, but now the Granada Hills location is officially my favorite! Special thanks to Stephanie for her kindness, professionalism, and truly great customer care.

The employees at this location always stand directly behind you at self check out to make sure you don’t steal. If you’re so worried about it, perhaps you shouldn’t have self check out and do it yourselves? They also jump in front of you to do the survey at the end for you lol I will stick to another location.

I come here all the time and I’ll just say Ivone I’ve reported you to HR I hope this is a wake up call on how to treat customers…..
Manager ivon is rude and just stands and stares at employees I think he’s sexist since he seemed to have the rudest attitude towards me .
