My wife and I stopped by this Five Below store tonight inside the Plant plaza. We wanted to see what they might have for our gender reveal party. We came like an hour before the store closes so they were kind of busy. We didn't really walk throughout the whole store. We looked at their sugar rush area and beyond 5 area. Nothing really stood out to my wife while we were there so we just left afterwards.

When I was here this was the dirtiest store/ five below I ever bin too my entire life. Everything was tossed around. Opened up. And on the floor and low stock on specific items like posters and etc. train your employees better because a store should never ever be that dirty.

I had such a wonderful experience at this location with Michael (security), Blanca and Staff! Michael went above and beyond helping my mom and I find everything we were looking for. He definitely needs to be acknowledged for his kindness, dedication to his customers, and overall knowledge about products! Thank you again Michael for all your help!

Worst Five Below!!! I came in for some last-minute things I needed. When i was finishing up, I noticed i had forgotten my phone in my car (which I needed to pay), so I had sent my boyfriend to get it. When he comes back, one of the female employees calls security because she claims my boyfriend was putting items in my bag, so I was asked to leave the store and accused of "stealing." Mind you, he never even reached for my bag, he had put my phone in my back pocket of my jeans. When I explained to the security the misunderstanding, she interrupted, asking me to open my bag. I told them to check the cameras instead, and she would have seen the horrible accusation she was mistakenly making. However, the manager refused to do so, and instead of providing good customer service, she began giving me attitude as well. The customer service in this store needs a new upgrade. Plus, the store was a mess! Items were everywhere, misplaced, and even on the floor. Instead of following me around just to falsely accuse me, she should have been keeping busy helping maintain the cleanliness of the store. If I could give it zero stars I truly would.

I went in today to get some toys for my nieces and nephews. When I went to check out the guy went straight to me to “help me” check out while others were there and they didnt observe or watch them. The guy scanned all the toys and in the end I paid I selected email receipt. I went to walk out and another different clerk goes straight in front of me to stop me and ask for my receipt even though he just saw the other clerk check me out with the stuff I got. Standing in front of everyone staring he told me to load my email so he can see the receipt for the 5 items I brought I stood there reloading until finally the receipt came through he checked it and let me go finally went to the side so I can walk out. Really bad experience won’t be going there again.
