Seems like the workers at this store done Took OFF early today . It's not even 8:00pm and Doors are shut and locked up. Must be certain employees because I know this store stood open all the way to literally closing time .. 🙄

The security guard there is a mocker. and unconscious. He has no education to speak. with consideration for older people. and. that place always has the bathroom. supposedly in poor condition. is a. of bad things. apart from the security guard. No. It's not nice at all. with the people. the boxes. collection all bad. and. The bathroom is one of the things that should make up a very bad experience in the place. us. We ended up paying and. I turn to see the man laughing. of us. the supposed security guard.😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶mala experiencia. El guardia de seguridad nada amable las cajas el baño supuestamente malo. i was at the Panorama City, CA location at around 7:40pm - 7:43pm, as i walked in there was an announcement that the store would close in 15 minutes, which is fine i knew what i was buying, as i walked over to the Beyond $5 section , it was barricaded by those wheel barrels, i asked "am i not allowed to go back there" the employee said "no this area is closed for clean up" i took a quick glance and it looked completely cleaned, not sure if she meant clean like a spill or clean as in straighten that area out, i turn around confused and started making my way to the exit then i asked the cashier "is the back of the store closed ?" and i was told "yes we are cleaning that area"
ive been to various 5 below locations many times with 20, 10, 5 min left til closing i dont loiter either i know what im getting and i use a self check out so its quick lol... never once was the back area closed for "cleaning"
is this a new policy ?
