Yesterday was my first time shopping at a Five Below store and I had a great experience. Although what I wanted was not available, interacting with both Aubrey and Samantha made me feel like they had a genuine interest in my time shopping here. This location is also very clean and organized which is really nice. This store has some great employees that really care about the customer experience and going forward I’ll make sure I stop by here first to check for items I need. Thank you!

I have seven balloons and took them to this shop to inflate them. The lady who claimed to be the manager then exploded one of the balloons and refused to pay me back for it, which is their fault.
They charge me $70 for that

I was racially profiled at this place when I went to go to SELF! checkout they kept offering to scan everything and I made it clear that I could do it by myself! because I struggle with social anxiety which is why I went to self checkout. If I needed help I would’ve went to normal checkout but they went ahead and scanned everything. As I walked out I looked behind to see if they were doing it to the rest of customers behind me and they didn’t! They just stood there and did nothing it honestly made me feel degraded and uncomfortable. Never again will i come here!

The employee closed early. Even though the maps said the store was open, she kept showing us it was closed and wouldn't let us in.

They closed in 20 minutes, the woman who was inside the building showed me that I couldn’t go in there, and she walked around and turned off the lights everywhere
