Came in after work with my partner and were seated almost immediately. When the plates arrived to the table I was eager to cut into my steak, which was cooked to an amazingly juicy medium rare! My partner was also very happy with the Smokehouse Combo 2! The ribs and sausage were delicious and cooked perfectly! I would also like to say that our server Katherine was absolutely the kindest! She had an amazing energy and her recommendation to pair the rib eye with the cilantro pesto was honestly genius!! It made my rib eye 100 times better 🤤 Will definitely be returning to this Chili’s 🙌🏽

We visited this place on Sunday around 9 PM, and the experience was disappointing. We ordered 18 wings but got 17 drums and only 1 flat. When I asked the waiter, he said they “can’t guarantee flats” — which was surprising to hear. My vegan burger patty was also overcooked and dry.
What really put me off was that the staff started cleaning the floors while we were still eating and even left a broom right next to my kids. It felt careless and unsanitary. This place definitely needs a refresher on food handling and overall dining etiquette.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to after such a great experience. Ryan and Devin at Chili’s made our visit genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. It’s not often you come across service that feels this professional and well coordinated.
Ryan was outstanding — attentive, friendly, and clearly someone who takes pride in doing his job well. He stayed on top of everything without us ever having to ask and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Devin was also excellent, checking in on us, helping things run smoothly, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere. You can tell they work well as a team and care about the customer experience.
It’s refreshing to see that level of effort and professionalism. Ryan, in particular, went above and beyond and absolutely deserves recognition — and in my opinion, a raise would be more than earned. Chili’s is lucky to have both Ryan and Devin representing them.

Rigth at 7:30 pm on 02/01/2026 I ask the host young white lady to switch my table since I got a table next to the bar it was so noisy she said the table I got is what i get and in I did not like it I had to go back to make line again I told her that it was lots of unoccupied tables there how ever she didn't care because she said they were busy,
Considering this service unacceptable we walk out this place and went to the Red Lobster just few steps away where they gladly took good care of me and my family shame on this host that caused the lost of a sale for this corp good for Red Lobster because they got the money that was for chili's don't recommend
this place.
Unless you don't care the way they serve their customers.

Food was great and our server and other staff were amazing. It was packed and our cups never went empty they were very attentive and pleasant. Would return to this location again for sure
