terrible place for our family members and I think it's a terrible place to work too. everyone, terrible from the manager to the administration, doesn't care and doesn't take care of anything. The place is very dirty and full of cockroaches and ticks. Everything and more. Most unprofessional employees don't care????????????. The guests leave them dirty and especially don't pay attention to those who are in bed... if you report something to the managers they say yes yes but they don't do anything... the food is very poor quality. the place is dirty, bad place..

If you care for yourself or a loved one don't choose assisted living. There is little assistance here, and heaven forbid being sick here. You will end up going hungry. This place takes your food stamps and if you are late no one cares. You get to go hungry. And when it says it provides transportation, that's only if you make doctor appointment , even though transportation for that is also handled by a patients insurance. They would rather strand you than help you get to store in emergency. So please if you care for someone don't leave them here.

Great facility, excellent staff.
Great place, the staff is very helpful, from the Administration to the caregivers to the people that work in the dinning room. The place is clean and most of all well attended, good food which is hard to find in most of these facilities, and they have all kinds of activities for the residents.
My sister and I were looking for a place for our aunt. This is one of the only places in the San Fernando Valley area where I can really feel that our family member is getting good attention and care. Most of all my aunt feels at home there. I am greatful for all the hard work that their employees do.

This place is awefull!!!! They don't care about their patients only a very small amount of care givers do there job and are nice. They often don't bring the elderly patients there food or hours late. They are mean including managment. Nice to your face evil behind your back and to your face. Major problem with workers stealing from patient daily and managment are aware if not also involved. Dont ever put your lived ones in this place!!!

My Uncle moved in here about a month ago and Natalie has been very helpful for us in both the pre-planning, the move-in and the transition process. She worked with us closely to ensure his prescription needs were being met and is very prompt in getting back to me.
In terms of Cedars' amenities, my uncle tells me how much he enjoys the song events, the movie nights, the podiatrist, playing rummikub into the night, the shopping events, and just hanging out with his friends in general.
I have also enjoyed meeting the various staff who do any number of tasks day in and day out, always with a smile :) And the food is the BEST PART!!! I love coming to see my uncle because it means I will get to enjoy some excellent food by their new chef - thank you!! Well done all the way around and I'm happy with and feel secure having my uncle in Cedar's good hands.
