I had an excellent experience with this mechanic shop. Their customer service was awesome both over the phone and in person—very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I took my 1992 Miata there and What I really appreciated was how informative they were. They took the time to show me the old parts that were removed and the new parts that were going to be installed, and they patiently explained things I didn’t know or understand. That level of honesty and care means a lot. I also love the fact that this is a Christian-based shop, which really shows in how they treat their customers. Highly recommend!

This is one of the few places I found that was open on a Sunday. I needed a belt changed for my engine and Juan was able to accommodate me and get it done quickly so I wouldn’t have to leave the car and come back or wait around for hours. He was upfront about what was needed and the pricing for the service, which I thought was very reasonable, especially considering how accommodating he was in getting me in and out. I even got a cute mug as a gift on my way out. Juan was very honest and dependable, I will definitely come back for my future car needs.

Stopped in on a Sunday when there was no availability and I was treated with respect and kindness very rarely seen in this industry. I'm constantly going to different mechanics because it seem impossible to find one that isn't trying to cheat you but at Castro Auto repair I found someone honest and reliable. I will definitely be going back for all my auto repair needs and recommending this place to everyone.

I got a 23 QX60 and try to replace the brake pads. Awd, it’s something requires more electrical work. Visit couple shop but they couldn’t get it done. Juan, the owner knows what he’s doing. And get it done in 30 min with no issue.
