Bad first, and only, impression. Scheduled an appointment with technician directly after speaking with customer service. Appointment was set for 2pm the following day. (Not a window for his arrival). One hour after his no show and no contact, I reached out to check on his ETA. I was replied to with an unapologetic, “Hi. 5-6”.
I have other obligations at that time. That’s why we make appointments.
I canceled. Poor customer service. I will shop elsewhere.
Good luck to you others.

They may not be a real HVAC company at all! Our compressor wasn't kicking in; a technician came and quoted us $750 for a faulty "starter" replacement for our "very old" A/C which isn't allowed to be operated in CA since 2005. After noticing the mfg date of our AC is only 2014, we realized the technician is just making the stuff up so we let go of him (btw, paid $100 diagnostic fee). After a quick web search, we figured it is likely to be a capacitor problem, there are no "starters" in AC units & capacitors are cheap to replace. It cost us $17 to replace the capacitor ourselves and our AC is running fine now. It seems that their business is total SCAM.

The technician was one of the nicest service people to ever enter my home. I wish all the tech were like them.
