Alan came at 8 pm on a Thursday when my car didn’t start and it was tree trimming in the morning. He was super, honest, kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone and as a single woman I was so grateful to be treated with respect by a mechanic. He fixed my issue so quickly and fairly. He also offered me follow up support at no extra charge. 20/10 recommend.

My car’s starter broke down, so I called because I wanted to get the starter replaced. During the phone call, I explained that I had already checked all the fuses and the relays responsible for starting the car, and everything was working fine. So, most likely, the problem is the starter.
But they told me they didn’t want to work with me because I had checked everything myself. According to them, that means I’m poor, because rich people don’t check their cars—they just call a mechanic right away. This is literally what they told me on the phone.
I just wanted to explain the problem as clearly as possible so we wouldn’t waste extra time looking for the problem or anything else. But he didn’t even mention the price or say how much it would cost; he just refused to continue the conversation because, in his opinion, I’m poor, and that’s why he didn’t want to keep talking.
So, I suspect they work with people who have absolutely no knowledge about cars in order to scam them for a bigger amount. Because the person has no idea what happened to their car. It might be a minor problem, but they will probably say it’s some serious issue and charge a lot of money.
This is how that service treats people who come to them for help. So, I’m giving them one star because there’s no option to give zero stars. Honestly, if I could, I’d give them minus five stars for the absolute jerk behavior. I do not recommend anyone to use their services.

Gave them a call when I needed a battery replaced on a Sunday morning for my lovely cargo van that enjoys staying at home in its parking lot most days. Well, except for Monday, Monday he needed to go to work. Thankfully Alan was reasonably priced, quoted the project quickly, stopped picked up a battery and replaced the battery with a new more efficient battery in about 10 minutes. Very happy with him being quick, concise, and an expert car guy.

I contacted 24/7 LA auto club, texted, and Alan responded in about 30 minutes. I was hesitant being scammed before, but He came to help my wife and completed the work in less than 3 hours. I was unable to be there working in AZ, but what great service and pretty fair price compared to the time/cost and inconvenience of taking the van to the dealer.
