I could not be happier with the service I received at Japanese Auto Center. The staff is always warm, friendly, and attentive. They ask all the right questions to get to the root of any issue. I came in for a routine oil change, a smog check, and to have my brakes fixed, and they made the entire process easy.
They walked me through every detail and provided a clear estimate upfront so there were no surprises. Even though they were clearly busy, as most good auto shops are, they stayed organized and handled everything seamlessly. It truly feels like you are working with family.
I highly recommend Japanese Auto Center for anyone looking for honest, reliable, and quality service.

Great customer service. Provides complimentary drop off and pick up nearby while car is being serviced. The owner, Dan, and all his staff were very personable, communicated throughout the process, responsive, and provided honest and great service. And I never felt like they were trying to rip me off. I definitely plan to return to them in the future.

After shopping around, I brought my vehicle here instead of the dealership because I had heard great things from my colleague. I received a preliminary quote based on what I needed to have done which they provided, and made an appointment. I recommend making an appointment because they’re very busy and not open on weekends. Their prices are competitive, but you get what you pay for and I was happy with the great, fast service. The staff at the front desk is very professional and friendly. Eve was wonderful. Will be back!

Friendly and helpful office staff. Competent and thorough mechanics. They take the time to explain everything, before and after service. Offered to drive me home and pick me up after service was completed. Kudos to the whole team Lars, Eva, Mario and Sandra. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Very professional and well organized.

Japanese Auto is my go-to spot for all of my car needs. Kevin, Craig, Doug…the WHOLE team offer superior and affordable service. Highlight is that if your car is going to be at the shop for a few hours, they will take you home and pick you up when it’s ready. You don’t have to spend your whole day sitting and waiting… or spend more money on transportation services.. If you want top-notch customer service, and a trustworthy business that DOESN’T price gouge and take advantage of you, then Japanese Auto is your place !!!
