On installation day, they sent out Juan, Pedro, Tony, and Honorio—an incredibly professional and efficient team. They worked quickly, explained everything they did, showed me what was removed, what was installed, and walked me through how the new system works. They also pointed out the upgrades that were added to improve efficiency.
All four were kind, well-mannered, and respectful throughout the process. I truly appreciate their hard work and will definitely be using Pennies Air Conditioning again in the future.

My AC and propane furnace gave out so I decided to install a new heat pump system. Pennies was the only firm that responded quickly. They came out the next day and were able to size a system that met my budget. I appreciated that they worked within my asking price and did not force a system on me. They were able to install a new unit within a week, including replacing most of the duct work, taking only a day and a half to do it. Then they took the time to explain how the unit and new thermostat worked. The new heat pump works great to both cool and heat. Even with temperatures dipping below freezing it has no problem heating my house. Pennies is very professional, prompt, and has friendly service to meet your needs. I was extremely happy with the experience.

Pennies A/C company came in and gave me fair quote for upgrading my A/C from central to a Goodmen air handler 5 ton system in late June Ivy explained everything to me so I could understand how the system works compared to my old system.
The crew came out and got right to work it took several hours but Jesse and the crew was very knowledgeable and helpful they cleaned up the area.
Jesse showed me how to get the app and turn on the system wow it feels way better than my old system and it only takes 15-20 minutes to cool down my 2000 square foot home it’s been a month now and we’re very happy with the system installed by pennies and I definitely will recommend Pennies A/C.

If they install they will stand behind what they say! My system was not working and boy we were freezing. Ivy Jr keeps saying Don’t worry I will stay in with you until I figure out what is the issue and he did just that! It was amazing to see him troubleshoot with patience and his demeanor never changed throughout the process. He should host a technician workshop on how the customer is not always right but together we will figure it out and he absolutely did! Ask for Ivy Jr! You won’t be disappointed. I’m not getting paid or anything for this review and nor do I review I just be mad but sometimes good people should not be hidden. Thank me
