I stopped by this Five Below to get some candy since the prices here are very reasonable. I found parking easily in the plaza this store is at since I came in the morning. The store is a decent size inside and they seem to be ready for Halloween. I mostly stayed in the Sugar Rush area because that's where all the candies are at. I paid through the checkout machine. The staff were great when I was here.

While the store (01426) is clean, they don't know the meaning of customer service. I paid for my $2.20 purchase with cash ($10.00). I got back $7.00 and no change ($.80). Management said the money I got from the machine was the the machine rejecting the input and was the $10 bill. In fact, all I got back was the $7.00 without the change. They said that they had the incident on their camera. I showed the bills, but they said I took the $10 bill which I didn't. So I had to pay (again) with a credit card. All this trouble for an $.80 shortage. I will ever go back to this store and I will caution my friends to avoid the store.

Great Experience at Five Below!
Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing during my visit. She was extremely helpful, very kind, and went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Her positive attitude and friendliness made the whole experience better. Customer service like hers truly stands out, and she represents Five Below very well. Thank you, Katlyn, for being so great!

I was so impressed with Carla and her amazing customer service. An order for toy claw grabbers was not received for my granddaughter’s trunk or treat from Amazon, so I called Five Below. Carla said there were two different styles in stock. I asked if she could hold them for me. I was there within a half hour and brought them over to the school with time to spare. Carla was a life saver with a smile on her face and a sweet disposition. She is an asset to your company and truly is a keeper.

It's always a great experience walking into the store. It is very clean and organized better than other five belows that I've been to. I'm always greeted by employees. they very friendly and helpful. definitely returning :)
