The service was good at the store, although they forgot a sauce I ordered, but it was .99, so it didn't bother me too much to contact customer service or call the store for a refund. Pizza is just ok but definitely not worth what I paid for it. There are many other local options that are much better for a similar price. Sorry Papa John's! I used to be a big fan about 20 years ago, but the quality of all "fast casual" pizzas has sadly gone downhill.

Excellent service with professional management and staff who are always friendly and helpful. The pizza is always fast, hot, and absolutely delicious. Truly one of the best pizzas in the city—this store has a unique, magic touch! A must-try experience, thank you Papa John’s and Thank you Mr Ahmad!

Was the worst experience. I ordered a pizza I asked for one half pepperoni and the other half sausage and pineapple all over extra and they didn’t even make it the way I wanted it. It had sausage and pepperoni on one side and pineapple on the other. Tasted so bad. I still prefer little Caesar’s they get it right every time and taste way better with way more pepperoni and sausage and pineapple. Never will I go back. No way convincing me

Don't fall for their false advertisement of "New York Style pizza" we purchased 3 pizza's for our event. Had to place over $45 to get FREE DELIVERY, a 15% tip was automatically, added on.
Received the pizza, and it's nothing like a New York Style pizza, other than the falsely advertised name.
The pizza tasted sweet, like a sweet bread dough, I called in and complained to the manager Aliza (Liza) and she too agreed, that's it's just an advertising gimmick it's the same crust as their regular pizza.
She refused to pick up, the in eaten pizza and refund my card.....insisted for us to bring it back, when we paid extra for delivery.
She ended up hanging up the phone. Definitely, expect a credit card dispute. False advertising Bait and Switch tactics are AGAINST THE LAW!
