The food here was absolutely delicious—10/10. The steak was tender, the pancakes and eggs were perfectly fluffy, the sausages were cooked just right, and the cinnamon bun crepe was so good I’d come back for it alone. Truly, the kitchen did a fantastic job.
That said, I did have one uncomfortable moment. When it came time to pay, the server (who I believe was overwhelmed and working alone up front) signed the receipt for me without asking. I caught it right away and told him that I needed to be the one to sign. He cleared his signature, I signed, and he casually joked that he was "close" with mine. I let him know that's not allowed. He brushed it off and got back to his other tables, but it left me feeling uneasy.
To be fair, this man was handling almost everything—taking orders, seating guests, ringing people up, and running food. There seemed to be only two other staff: one cleaning tables and another possibly handling to-go orders. I only saw what might have been a manager briefly bring food to one table.
So while I completely understand the pressure he was under, signing for someone—even with good intentions—isn’t okay. I hope this location gets the staffing support it clearly needs, because the food is worth coming back for. But the front-of-house needs help, both for the staff’s sake and the customers’.

Just stay away. Really bad service. No one attends to you after your food is drop off. I asked for steak to be well done. Nope it was pink. I was too hungry to return it. Make sure to check you receipts. They added extra stuff I didn't order. The server said oh I add this item to the wrong tab. Check check!!!

I wanted a thanksgiving dinner while in Los Angeles. They delivered a perfect holiday meal. My server was the best Indian guy . I loved the food so much that I brought a to plate.

I don't write bad reviews, unless I really have to. Wrong order. Then cold T-bone steak as if it was sitting in the kitchen for a few hours, or out of the fridge and reheated with racid oil, and like rubber. Don't recommend.

We didn't get coffee for >10 minutes. The meal came after 30 mins. My eggs and pancakes were ice cold. My wife's eggs benedict was so overcooked as to turn the eggs into hockey pucks. Other customers also returned their meals.
Finally, I had to go to the pick up station to ask the kitchen to 86 the re-fire for my wife's order. We walked out.
Very disappointing, especially for a well known national brand.
