The worst Customer Service and the place looks very dirty and the food was cold and the taste was terrible because was overcooked. Im not recommending it because its not worth the time.just look the pictures and see what they have in the restaurant for you 👎👎👎👎

***EXPERIENCE 2*** (Positive)
On my recent visit to IHOP I noticed they did a menu refresh. I personally like that they refresh the menu occasionally. A new menu with a different layout is always nice. This time I ordered the Cali Turkey Melt with Onion Rings. The bread was grilled perfectly, the cheese was nicely melted, and the turkey was tender. All the other ingredients contributed to this being one tasty sandwich. I must say, I've been coming to this location for years, and they always seem to have someone that can cook.
Our server was very friendly, and did her best to accommodate the needs of our table. This is a location I will always return.

I really love the architecture of this location. With its nostalgic look and feel it brings back images of the International House of Pancakes from years gone by.
Our server was very efficient and did a great job. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Stacker with onion rings. The roll was soft, the meat was nicely cooked, and the cheese was melty. The onion rings were extremely crunchy, and they were made with actual sliced rings of onion.
The food was great, and so was the service.

A great place to go! It wasn’t too busy and the staff were very helpful. Loved that the restrooms were clean and we got our food quickly. I would totally come here again!

A picture is worth a thousand words. LOOK at my daughters pancakes. Cinn a stack (should be sin a stack) not only Cinnabon icing but whip creme and chocolate drizzle as well. I had the split decision because it all looks so good I couldn't make up my mind. If you're looking for a great spot to have breakfast for dinner IHOP on Devonshire is the ticket.

I was waiting With My daughter to be seated. There were 2 ladies just talking no much people. Then we got seated and the one that was asking for the kind of drink we want she just left because other client was going to pay to we had to waited for other waitress. Not coming back to this location
