I took my son’s paperwork in, they made copies And the guy kept saying if he’s a fit, if he’s a fit. They never even bothered to call to let me know the outcome. Very disrespectful. No stars. ..

My late mom lived there for about 7 yrs & while she wasn't crazy about the other residents( they weren't her "Type" i.e,people from Brooklyn & The NYC area.) She still had a nice life there. It's in a decent area that's within walking distance to Ralph's Market, restaurants & coffee shops & she would frequently walk to them. There were some staff that could use more training,but overall they're caring & look out for the residents. Emmie was my mom's favorite & was especially attentive to my mother's needs so overall I recommend this facility..

Be careful. Management is ineffective and condones anger problems tantrums and threats. I was threatened by a guy twice my size. He put his fist in my face and threatened to beat me up
Management condoned it and said he has anger problem. My complaint was basically unheard. This happened in the dining room and I have not been in the dining since but of course he. Eats there with no problem.

No control whatsoever! Tenant walk around who tests positive for COVID, not even a mask, response to me was "he doesn't listen"
Rampant smoking, drinking, regulations, when or if stipulated ignored etc etv
