The products at Portos Bakery are fresh and really delicious! I went there with a friend who lives nearby, and the place is so cozy 😄 The service is fast, and the staff are super friendly. We’ll definitely come back, and we’re excited to try breakfast too! Thanks Edwin...

Porto’s never disappoints. I ordered Cheese Rolls, a Refugiado, Potato Balls, and the Tuna Melt—and everything was delicious. But the Potato Balls were on a whole different level: perfectly crispy on the outside with that warm, seasoned filling that makes them unforgettable.
I came in the day before Thanksgiving to pick up an order, and even though the place was extremely busy, the customer service was still impressive. They initially got my order wrong, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally, doing their best to make it right.
Overall, great food, great service, and an always-reliable experience—especially those Potato Balls. Highly recommended.

They remove the utensil by the soda fountain, so I went to the cashier and ask for utensil and she tried to redirect me back to the soda fountain, which has nothing but straw another condiments. I told her there is nothing over there can I have a fork and she gave me and just stare at me. So I went back and take some picture at the soda fountain area if anyone find any utensil in the picture please point it out.
Also it takes 20 minutes to get the coffee, next time I won't order coffee. When I pay at the bakery line the cashier specifically asked me if it's for dine in or take out I told her it's for take out, the drink was made in the glass little mug and it takes them another short minute to pour it in the paper cup. Why even bother to ask me if they still going to place it in the glass mug anyway. Also the prioritize all the online order so there are a bunch of drink just sitting on the counter and a bunch of people who wait in line at the store line up around the counter and stare at those drink that no one pick up.

The line was super manageable, took about 10 minutes. I came in about 7:15 and got out by 7:28. Sophie S. was super helpful and had great customer service even with my last minute add ons, super patient. The pastries are super delicious and the cake is my brother's favorite!
