I was hung up on when the service rep felt my order was too complicated. I then called and asked to speak to a manager, I was transferred to mission hills with Lea, and they told me that they could not support the special I had queued up even though it was plainly offered to the masses. Their system is not well maintained, and they are quick to leave you on infinite hold.

I called with a couple questions because I saw a sign saying they took EBT. But you have to order in store. C'MON! Next question: I asked can I have a pizza with only half cheese. She said, "NO...". C'MON!! The other thing was the woman kept calling me "Dear." C'MON!!! I said, "thank you, have a good one." SMH

My order was online and when I called to let them know that my pizza was missing an ingredient, the guy who said he was the Manager for now named Jose, tried arguing that I didn’t chose a one topping. I proceeded to tell him that my sauces Initdered were missing too and that my pizza was cold. Not even warm. He puts me on hold and never came back. Disgusting food and extremely poor customer service and I don’t believe he was a manager cause they don’t behave like that.

Ordered and when I got their the store was closed. They could call me and say its too late we will refund the money we took. I had to call and speak with someone who wouldn't allow me to speak to the manager, cause last time I worked in a pizza shop, orders stop at closing time and there is 1hr to clean. So this guy must of been a cleaning genius cause by 2:15 he was gone, while my pick up was scheduled for 2:11. Now I gotta wait of up to 120 days to get my money back for some lazy employees mess up. They didn't even call to explain. Customer service is awesome as not giving money back or calling to explain.

I never thought I’d be saying this about a fast food place but the service here was great! The night team on Saturday January 13th was so kind and accommodating for a last minute request and even made a recommendation. Never thought I’d have such a personalized experience at Papa John’s but way to go
