We haven't had Papa John's in years. I order a heart pizza every year with my son for Valentine's Day decided to switch it up this year and order from Papa John's. Was very disappointed when the pizza arrived it was beyond cold like they literally just took it out of the refrigerator not lukewarm nothing! The garlic knots and hot wings were also cold. Very disappointed

First time making a phone order at this location. Went to pick it up and pay with a credit card. This was around 2 o'clock in the afternoon. One guy working, very rude, my card was declined. I ask him to use the other register, he said its not working there was money in my card so there was no reason to be decline. I spend the next ten minutes calling my card company, there was no problem. It was not even showing that it was declined or that I was even making a purchase. He took the food and the drinks walked away and left me there. I just walked out very upset.

I made an order online and forgot to tell them no olives. Immediately called within a minute or two, literally no more than that, to make the change. Called, and the guy hung up on me. Immediately called back and he says “oh we already put your pizza in the oven. I’m not making any changes.” There is NO WAY within a three minute time span you made a Garden Fresh veggie pizza and have it in the oven. This was the RUDEST encounter I’ve ever experienced! There are way better pizza places around. Take your money elsewhere.

Had always paid and bought dough alone for over 6 years from this location and never had a problem. For whatever reason, the manager don't like selling me dough anymore. I had paid $5 for just a small size dough each time . Don't know what happened all of a sudden after years. I won't be doing any business here anymore

Ordered two thin crust pizzas for delivery on Valentine’s Day. An hour later I received two heart-shaped, burnt-to-a-crisp pizzas my kids couldn’t eat if their teeth were made of titanium. Fair. Bad pizza. It happens. So we called to ask they replace the pizzas that were at least HALF way up to Papa John’s standards. “No. Were busy. You just don’t want to eat them.” What a horrible experience on the phone. So I drove the pizzas back to the location to show them their product was garbage but the lack of concern for delivering a satisfactory service (in the form of something at least edible) was sickening. Enough to make Shaq call the General. No replacement pizzas. No consideration. No refund.
Bad food. Worse service. Papa John’s. (Thanks for your $ though suckers!!)
