Nice Panera location in Thousand Oaks. The food was fresh, per other Panera locations. The service was great. I witnessed one employee take care of a couple in need of a to-go box and another employee getting rave reviews from a catering customer. Nice stop!

Easy to find.
Nice atmosphere.
Men's restroom doesn't smell like piss like other locations. That's a plus

This is by far the most disgusting Panera bread that I have ever been to. As soon as I walked into the bathroom, it smelled of raw sewage. Most of the staff did not speak English and were some of the most unhelpful people at a Panera I have ever encountered

This location is NOT disabled persons friendly. The rude employees/managers stole money from a paying customer. Corporate refuses to make it right, nor will they terminate thief/ bully employee. Bullying and stealing from someone with down syndrome if beyond low and the company refusing to terminate that employee is only a disgusting enabler. Will never EVER EVER spend another dime at ANY Panera location. And mind you, I would eat at a Panera every other day.

Stealing money from people? Not cool. stealing money from people with disabilities? Scum absolutely scummy! And corporat not doing anything to even help fix? EVEN BIGGER SCUM!!! Save your money people! Never eat at ANY Panera Bread if this is what they support.
