My home water filtration system was displaying "service needed" although no routine maintenance is required. I was able to get an appointment at a time convenient for me. The technician evaluated the system, found and fixed the problem. He explained the problem to me and and steps I could take to avoid the problem again. He also fixed a system setting that was not correct. I rated 4 stars because the tech could not make the advertised appointment window so I had to reschedule. He was also late for the second appointment, but NexGen kept me apprised of the situation, and the late appointment that day was not a problem for me.

The technicians arrived right on time, were professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were checking and answered all my questions.
The inspection was thorough—they cleaned the filters, checked the thermostat calibration, inspected the ductwork, and made sure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend NexGen!

Felipe came by this morning to do maintenance on the units. He showed me some great tips on how to use the app properly as well as preventative maintenance tips. It was pretty cool to learn about the unit and how it works. Felipe is extremely talented and very passionate about what he does! Looking forward to working with him and NexGen more

I had a kitchen faucet installed and was very pleased with the service I received from the plumber Kyle B. I found him to be very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and neat. After installing the new faucet, he disposed of the old one and cleaned up his work area. Exceptional service.

The Nextgen technician who serviced our Heating and Air Conditioning units was courteous and professional. He went through each system's components thoroughly, made adjustments as needed to ensure units were functioning as designed. Additionally, Nextgen extended every courtesy to ensure our satisfaction.
