I came to his restaurant yesterday to dine with my family and had a very bad altercation with the manager Maria. The food that was brought to us was mistaken for the order. The waitress that helped us made a mistake. When we showed the mistake to the waitress, the waitress contacted the manager. The manager came and she refused to make things right because she said that the piece of food had already been caught in half and eaten a part of it. I explained to her that this would be impossible to find out the mistake that was made unless one would try it. Maria (the manager) refused to make any accommodations or fixes to the issue. She was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude when we were just asking for things to be made right. I am a customer that has been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years and last night was my last time. I suggest everyone to stay away from this restaurant because the customer service is very poor, the ambience has changed into a sports bar with TVs all over, the manager is an absolutely horrendous person. Person. I don't know if this restaurant has been sold to another owner and that's why things have changed so much. But I will never be coming back to this very poorly managed and serviced restaurant.

Enchiladas de mole was what I ordered and loved it.
Fresh chips and salsa. Their spicy salsa is really good, must ask for it.
Customer service was awesome.

The food was adequate. The only pork option I found was a burrito, no tacos. The drinks were weak yet pricey. $16 for a drink smaller than a Modelo, with no trace of alcohol, and I'm a lightweight. The best thing I had was the bean dip and chips. The waiter was very friendly, but they must have been short staffed because we had to wait a long time for everything. It wasn't a 2 hour meal on purpose. The atmosphere was lively with an entertaining mariachi band.

Came with the family to have a nice breakfast, place looked nice and there were at least 4 tables occupied. But I was so disappointed with the food. We ordered menudo, omlette with chorizo, chilaquiles, and a stack of pancakes. All the food came out cold, I had to ask to reheat the menudo at least. The omlette came with ham instead. Our drinks were super sweet. we asked for water instead, which they only brought us 1 glass for 4 people. We tried to eat it but just left it all. Paid $100
Can't imagine how food comes out when they have a full restaurant.

I hadn’t been here in a long time, but these Sunday 9/10, we decided to stop at this restaurant and have lunch.
Well they maybe under shorter staff, so we wait a lot to get our drinks and food, so I decided to order something easy to serve, “Birria”.
What a bad experience, and when I told the waiter, she said, “ it is the way they make it”.
More than half of the “Carne” was not, and I have to pay for those disgusting “pellejos y gordos” que no 👎🏻 se podían comer!
