JW Heating and Air is great. I’m very impressed with their knowledge and their execution. Start to finish the whole team was on time, considerate, clean, and skilled. They gave the perfect tutorial of my ac unit (not too short and not too long) and making sure everything was clean. White glove treatment. It’s nice to know a company that takes pride in their work. Everything about my services were taken care of, from being on time, to explaining the information, friendly, a willingness to answer all my questions and help me get the best out of my installation. Victor Duru was wonderful. He was prompt, courteous, professional, clean-cut and friendly (great smile). He explained my problems thoroughly and informed me of my repair options. On a scale of 1 to 10, he rates a 12!
